Smiles by Farr - Huntley Christina Reyna: We had a dental emergency on a Sunday. I had called my daughter’s dentist and their emergency line wasn’t working. Any other dentist I spoke to wouldn’t take her cause she wasn’t an existing patient. Dr. Farr called me back right away and was very reassuring she would be ok and he would see her first thing Monday morning.
We showed up Monday morning when their office opened and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Farr immediately took her to a chair and began working on her. She had taken a softball to her two front teeth. He made her feel comfortable and fixed her up perfectly. I decided to move her over to Dr. Farr’s office as a patient. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Farr. I’m very grateful for him! John W. Yang, DMD - Crystal Lake Marilee Wise: Dr Yang Is the best. He is very patient. He is very thorough. He has spends the time to talk to you about your situation. He’s taken emergency calls from me. Very understanding. I moved away about 8 Hours from Dr.Yang.. and I still come back to him. I can’t find another true dentist. Dental Arts of Huntley - Huntley Lynn Cotner: I recently had to have a crown replaced and Dr. Esha did an amazing job and is very gentle. She was very patient with my nervous questions . Dr. Bansal has always been very caring and skilled as well and has done great work for me. Morgan the dental assistant is kind and explains a lot to me about follow ups, etc. The entire staff is kind and very welcoming and as someone who is there a lot- I appreciate this. Cary Dental Associates LLC - Cary English Bloke: It was my First time at Cary Dental Associates and the whole experience could not have been more pleasant and relaxing.
The office was well appointed and comforting and it was refreshing to see all the staff obviously enjoying the environment as much as I did. The professionalism and skilled dentistry was top notch and I Highly recommended to my family on my return home they join me in my new dentist. Route 14 Dentistry - Crystal Lake Lonnie Horton Jr: I been going here a couple years now. Dr moon is great. Staff is great. They work with idea i gage and idea i hate doing this with my teeth. I love the one female doctor how she keeps you calm with her soft voice doing count down and reminds you to breath. Dr moon well hes just great with explaining things and he gets it done right and fast for me and i appreciate that. I recommend him to everyone. Martha McCracken Aspen Dental - McHenry, IL - McHenry Ken Schnur: Everything was going well until I had a balance to pay. Its been a year for my treatment plan and they are holding my mouth hostage because they want the balance paid in full to complete my treatment plan. The first finance director told me I could pay as my treatment is on going. The majority of the money was paid up front through Care Credit and my insurance but I still have a balance. The office knew upfront that I couldnt pay the remaining balance all at once. The new finance director wont honor what I was told by the first one. So much for them getting you to YES! as their commercial states. To make someone wait over a balance which is being paid on is totally wrong and balances on medical malpractice! Im not sure Im going to continue my treatment with Aspen and go someplace else. Unfortunately I will have to stop paying on the balance in order to get treatment that is desperately needed. So with Aspen its really all about the money! Very disappointed to say the least.
