I have been going to her for my 6 month cleaning for 2 years now, and she does very detailed work on my teeth. She takes her time explaining what is going on. And to top it off, she is so kind with my young son, answering his many questions with excitement and patience. All of the staff have been friendly and truly care!

4 /5 Cindy Reynolds: After my consultation withdr shannahan, I was told theyd send me a copy of my treatment plan as he hadnt entered it yet. I hung around for a bit so Tonya could try & pull up insurance info & see if she could figure out a potential copay. She got stuck on an important phone call. Here we are pushing 2mos later & no treatment plan with basic costs for what was discussed entered & nothing regarding insurance and copay outta pocket has ever arrived. This is Fri 3/7, I called tues 3/4 & was told by Melanie that Tonya was on another phone call after Id been on hold for over 6 min after she said shed transfer the call BUT SHED make sure to give Tonya the message & have Tonya call me back with that info by the end of the day. So far, no call back either. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Dr Shannahan & his tech did a fine job & everyone there is always so friendly & helpful. I really dont understand why this issue has been let go. The overall satisfaction with Dr & tech & Beth at the front desk is 5☆ UPDATE: AFTER publishing this review, I received a call from Tonya at the end of the day. She stated the treatment plan was mailed out the day after Id called & I should receive it the next day if it hadnt arrived in that days mail (fri3/7) Blamed the initial delay on the "wrong coding", tho I dont believe that anything was discovered or changed til my phone ca calling it to their attention on 3/4 or Id have already received a copy of a plan with the wrong info on it. I did receive the treatment plan in the mail in the next days mail. I do feel I should have gotten that return phone call as promised tho & hope in the future if someone tells a client theyll be called back in a certain time frame, that should happen as close to that time as possible even if its just acknowledging "something mustve happened & Ill need to look into it" for now we begin the wait on ins approval all over.

Reed John Oral Surgery & Dental - Peoria Jim Jones: Dr. Reed extracted my wisdom teeth. The process was painless after the injections. I was also very nervous and anxious. Dr reed took the time to answer my questions and put up with my nonsense. His staff was also very sweet and supportive. While I was not a very easy patient to work with because of my anxiety. Dr. Reed was beyond patient and very comforting. He even gave me his cell number in case I had any questions over the weekend. If you need extractions done I could not recommend anyone else in this area!! Thank you Dr. Reed for everything and especially for your saint like patience. Thanks to you I am on the road to recovery and I am feeling much better!!!!!!

Affordable Dentures & Implants - Peoria Sarah Darling-Robinson: Ive never gone to a "dentist" and had a good experience. That was until I came here. First let me say how amazing they did on my smile. They also didnt pressure me into purchasing anything I didnt need. There were recommendations made for other services but when I declined it was respectfully accepted and we carried on service. The girls up front are awesome. Super nice, gave me all my details. And when the finished product came in they both came back to see and tell me what they thought. Jayden was super nice and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. He worked with the Dr to get my tryins just right. The Dr was great and he took his time making sure everything was just right. He also gave me all the education on what we were doing and how it works. Also,I wish I had her name, but the woman there who recognized me from another office always comes to say hi to me! She makes me feel like a friend, and told me I made the right choice coming in! She is very sweet and honest and thats hard to find these days.Then there is Diya! What a bright light she is. I hope her boss knows how valuable she is. She knows what she is doing, she took the time to listen to me, and made her own suggestions that really helped me. She noticed my speech was difficult and fixed it right away. I have gone back in for a few adjustments and every time she helps quickly knows what Im talking about and listens and values it. All of the employees here are very nice, feel like friends, and know their stuff! I have never felt more confident and welcome in a place! I really appreciate every single person in the office for all their care and help towards bringing my smile back !! Yall changed my life!!! Thank you so much!!

Maple Shade Dental Group: Willey Tyler DDS - Dunlap Anne F: My husband went there a year ago for work to be done. He paid the entire estimate price. We received paperwork a couple months later from insurance that the claims had not been filed by the dentist but we ignored it. A year later, we have received a fairly sizeable bill saying this was the amount we owed because insurance didnt pay. Of course, the inflation. The letter made it sound like we were running out on a bill. When we called, they blamed it on that it took the insurance company this long to pay. Of course, when you did not put in the paperwork it would-- but no one mentioned that for they did not know we got that letter. In the midst of the recession, we will come up with the money for what are we to owe. Overall, not totally impressed to begin with the place. Dentist & Hygienists were friendly but another dentist is already found before all of this late billing. Not going back.
