Blains Farm & Fleet Tires and Auto Service Center - Sycamore, IL - Sycamore Shamar Johnson: This is the worst branch for the automotive service dept. which is horrible on scheduling, service from techs and the customer satisfaction from the management. In the last 7 months I have brought my car(s) to them for services ranging from oil changes, balancing tires, brakes and wheel bearings and no matter what the service was I have always had a “Unique” experience where I had to bring it back and they had to correct what ever the issue was ranging from the service to the condition of my vehicles interior was left, like my car has tan interior and the tech put fingerprints with oil on the: vinyl dash, cloth ceiling and leather seat , no plastic down no regard at all. Cost me $100 interior cleaning. Now my car has been kept overnight when it was scheduled for an 2 hour service for a wheel bearings, which is costing me the service and a day of wages due to this was scheduled on my off day and they underestimated the service time. All I ever get form the management is excuses for their Sevrice never resolve solution nor correction just excuses and asking to back, no consideration for the troubles, time and strain it has caused me, no compensation of any nor no real apologies! Let me make a note that I have going to Farm & Fleet and in other towns for over 15 years but this one gives all the others a bad reputation.
