1 /5 Mackenzie Sharpe: HORRIBLE!!!!! My appointment was at 3pm. I didn’t see a chair until 6pm. My stylist was SHERRY. It took until 10pm for a simple silk press to be done and after my blow-dry I specifically states that I did not want a trim because I dont trust stylists, and I would trim and style my own hair at home with help. Sherry went behind my back and chopped off 3 inches of growth under the notion that my hair was dry/brittle/recently out of locs. I understood this and still would have rather gotten a trim at home because I wear my hair naturally in an afro and only plan to get a press once a year. She cut my hair anyway, was on the phone, and the silk-press itself was poofy, unfinished, and uneven. Unprofessional when confronted. Worst salon experience of my life. Don’t go. Pics below.
