2 /5 Kenlen Morse: Desperately wanted to make this my new go-to nail place. The basic pedicure is pretty much just a cuticle clean, no buffer for the bottom of the feet that makes a difference. And maybe a 2 minute massage on both of the legs total? My nails also are not leveled and filed. Just a cut across the top. She only did two coats on my big toe, instead of all of my nails.. When I called to make this appointment I asked twice if my ingrown toenails would be taken care of. I was guaranteed they would be. I mentioned it at the time of service, although she tried, did not fix my pain. Her no chip manicure was sad. Her buffing tool had seen better days, as it was falling apart with tears all over it. Nail polish left over on my skin, did not ask what shape I wanted--asked if I wanted my nails cut--I said no, she cut them anyway. Sad to not be able to drive a couple minutes away for a good mani pedi, I will continue to drive to my old one...35 minutes away. Kind staff.
