5 /5 Laura Cempellin: I dont usually take the time to write reviews but felt like I really needed to because I was so impressed with the longevity of my dip manicure. I was visiting Chicago and got my dip manicure done by Susan. She was fantastic! I got my manicure on September 20th and just got my nails done again on OCTOBER 29th. Obviously my nails had a lot of outgrowth after over a month, but not a single chip or uplift or snag. I have since contemplated flying to Chicago to get my nails done again. The first photo is immediately after and the 2nd is over a month later. Wish I lived in Chicago so I could get my nails done by Susan all the time!

5 /5 emmilee murphy: In LOVE with my experience at Old Town Nails! I called the morning off to make an appointment for later in the week and they were able to squeeze me in the day-off! Susan was incredible and made my engagement pink/white dip nails so perfect! Can’t wait to come back!

5 /5 Beth Schwarz: I wish I could give Jasmine at Old Town Nails 10 stars! I get a dip manicure from Jasmine about once every 3 to 4 weeks. She is fantastic, has done some amazing ombre dip nails for me, and when she puts on a tip you literally cannot tell the tip from my own nails. My dip manicures last so long that I could go longer than 4 weeks, if my nails didnt grow. Jasmine is so nice, upbeat, and friendly that I always feel welcome. I cant recommend Old Town Nails enough!

Jenny did a wonderful job gently removing my gelX and added a beautiful tip with a dip manicure. The nails are stunning! She did such a great job. I already made my next appointment :) thank you!!!

Hayley was very sweet and my hair turned out great. It was also a pleasure to be in a salon that is in such a beautiful historic building.

Chandler Dorjahn: Scheduled a 1pm appointment at 10:30am. Got there right at 1. Was told that I would be helped shortly at that point. Waited a whole 18 minutes and when I stood at the counter, the one other girl that was there and busy with someone else asked if I had been helped. I said yes and that I was waiting. I heard them talking in the back and asking where the girl that was supposed to cut my hair was. I waited until 1:25ish and asked about an update. Said the girl was on her way there… TO THE BUSINESS! People have jobs to get to and can’t wait 30-40 minutes to even start a hair cut. My lunch hour thankfully is one hour long. I walked out at that point. I rearranged my whole lunch for this! Morals of scheduling and being on time don’t apply to them. EDIT: Owner reached out to me and attempted at least to make it right. I can understand that an owner/manager over these employees despite all efforts cannot control the actions of their employees at all times.

Not just the shape but the polish and acrylic as well.I’m so disappointed, I don’t think there will be a next time. I can’t seem to attach the pictures but wow. Just horrible.

dawn busch: Took the family here on a whim. Husband and myself had pedicures, daughters had manicures. Nice relaxing vibe. Professional and quick service. Would definitely come here again. UPDATE: This is my 3rd visit to this business and I still give it 5 stars. In looking at some of the other reviews I see that there are some who only gave it 1 star. I dont see how that can be possible! All three times that Ive been here there has been excellent service, friendly staff and quality work done. I have had a pedicure done here 3 times and one time added a manicure on. Very satisfied.
