5 /5 Harry Brokish: I took my F150 to PDR automotive because I had a problem that i thought was the water pump. They promptly schedule me for an evaluation and then the repair work. The water pump problem and the work that needed to be done was explained very clearly and also the cost estimate. The work was completed at the time they had indicated to me. The mechanic noted that I was due an oil change so I requested they add it while the had the truck at their place. They said no problem to do the oil change which saved me a trip on another day. I am very pleased with the quality of the service that i received

5 /5 daren lampton: I took my 1994 Toyota Corolla to PDR Automotive recently to determine where my transmission fluid was leaking from, as well as diagnosing some other issues. They did a thorough inspection the same day I dropped my car off, and informed me later that day of their findings through pictures and thorough details via a text link. They replaced my head gasket, both axle seals, and fixed a broken upper motor mount. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. My car is running good with very little vibration now, and my engine finally sits level in the engine bay, and no more leaks. Lastly, they were also willing to work with me on my payment timing since I initialIy needed to use two payment periods to cover the cost, until my fiancées dad stepped in to help. I will be going back!

1 /5 Starkeshia Stewart: Would rate negatively if applicable. Highly unprofessional meeting with shuttle driver. Raised voice/ threatening tone while chaperoning my 1-year-old daughter & I. Had to drive back & end service with company. Had no issues paying for services came ready to spend $$$. Spent more going elsewhere. Willing/wanted to pay more not to have to deal with company. When dealing with desk manager he assured me this was “out of character” for him. I just met this man. I called them back & had them stay on the phone with me as the driver kept giving me aggressive looks. Extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional and uncalled for. Nobody yells at me or my daughter or around me or my daughter. I recommend a professionalism class for your employee or some sort of anger management/domestic violence course. I believe it would positively impact your shuttle driver. Thank you for wasting my time & making me and my daughter highly uncomfortable.

1 /5 Happy Dog: They once charged me $700 for a simple inspection (its just light not working) and did not tell me the cost of inspection in advance. This means they can claim a workload (hours used for inspection) and ask for money as much as they want. This is not fair. I am an illinois student and I want to remind students avoiding this place unless you are rich. Believe me: The good reviews here are fake.

5 /5 Jim Laur: Had a great experience with the staff at PDR Auto. I knew going in the repair would not be simple, but they kept me informed every step of the way and gave me some different options. Thanks to the experienced techs who were able to get my 2009 Subaru Legacy back on the road. I have put over 3000 miles on my rebuilt engine since they completed the repair with zero issues.
