First of all, my dentists name was Dr. Kim and she was assisted by the nurses Trinity and Alexis, and the front office receptionist Karina. All of them were very kind to me throughout my whole visit.
Trinity patiently explained to me the procedures and steps that were going to be taken to ensure my dental health: I was put through some X-Rays (which revealed some caries that I had that had been untreated) and later on Dr. Kim, alongside both Trinity and Alexis, patiently worked to treat my caries.
I am very happy with my time spent there. Dr. Kevin J. Solis, DDS - Moline Michelle VanOpdorp: Highly recommend going elsewhere!! Dr. Solis apparently does not not know what mouth cancer looks and does nothing to be proactive about it. He let me sit for months with a spot on my tongue before he finally sent me to River Valley oral surgery where they also did nothing. Told me it was leukoplakia and sent me home to come back when it turned into an ulcer. I had to go get a second opinion and finally got the care I needed. Now I’ve had 2 biopsies because another spot showed up after all this time and now I have to go to Iowa city to be treated for mouth cancer on my tongue. Worst experience of my life … always advocate for yourself we can’t even trust the professionals anymore when it’s there job!! Michael J Nonnenmann Ltd - Rock Island Jen McKittrick: Never had time to see my son for problems, staff was rude and unhelpful, braces had to come off early due to not teaching my son properly about them. Said all retainers were paid for when I paid them up front, but when he needed new retainers they charged me another $300. Thousand of dollars paid and it didnt do any good.....took my youngest to a different ortho and listening to them explain everything, show exactly what she needed to do to benefit from the braces. They really care about their young patients. Very impressive considering what we went though with this ortho and rude staff. Myotech Dental Center - Moline Alice Thompson: I love Myotech. I tried two other dental practices just due to my retirement insurance. I never should have gone somewhere else. I have been a patient of Myotech since the old building. I have always received exceptional care. I highly recommend Myotech dental to all friends and family. I had my teeth cleaned yesterday felt so great. Thank you for your outstanding care Myotech. Emergency Dentist 24/7 Moline - Moline Jonnie Dolan: Apparently there are no dentists in a 50-mile radius of where I live who could see me during an emergency. The person I talked to offered no alternatives, no suggestions, just dead air. Didnt even offer to check any other dates. Compiling my own list of dentists to call in the morning because apparently that was too much to ask of the emergency dental service. Man, and I thought the emergency vet hotline was bad. Doroba Dental, Inc. - Moline joanne Couch: Is Dr Laura still practicing? Shes gentle, caring n I am trying to reach her for appts in October 2017. Can u help me please? Joseph D. Jackson, DMD - Moline Daniel Tredway: I was in the quad cities visiting my mother. My mother is a regular client at your clinic. I woke up this past Tuesday morning in quite a bit of pain with an infected tooth. My mother called your office and left a message before your opening for the day. Your office called my mother back at just after 8. She was able to make an appointment for me that day and I was seen at your clinic and treated there very well.
