2 /5 Igor: Infrastructure is OK. But they wants to make money on everything, what in my opinion is not fair. You will pay for the entrance tickets, and for parking separately. With all the above they will let you in empty handed. You will not allowed to bring inside your healthy food like cheese and vegetables. You have to buy their "junk" food inside. Technically you can go to your car and eat your food outside, but normally people do not do that. Because you have to travel huge distance to the parking lot just to get a bite of snack. "Clear bags" policy is stupid and have nothing to do with safety. They checking bags completely anyway. You will send back to the car with your belongings if you have standard beach bag with your towels. How many people do you think who visit this place for the first time know that they not allowed inside with regular bags? I was carry my towel like an idiot in my hands all the time, because i do not have clear bag with me and I didnt know about this policy before I came to this place. If you have a choice, better pick another place for the fun. It is so many waterparks around with much friendly policies to the guests.

However, I would advise exercising caution with the yellow and blue slide, as it features a significant drop that may catch you off guard. If you’re up for an exhilarating experience, go ahead and try it, but be prepared for some impact. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Raging Waves and would recommend it to others!

4 /5 Krishna: If youre looking for a water park near Chicago to beat the summer heat, Raging Waves Waterpark—the largest water park in Illinois—is a top choice. Highly recommended! Its an incredible experience with something for everyone. While booking your ticket, you can also book parking, as its not free with a day ticket but is included with a season pass. They have cabanas and private huts for rental, which you can reserve online. Make sure to book your tickets online to avoid the huge lines at the park. Theres a kids area and thrilling water rides that make the wait worth it. Expect long lines, especially on weekends, with a 15-30 minute wait for a 5-10 second ride, but its totally worth it! My favorite ride is "Wonambi," which is both scary and super fun. I also enjoyed the Cyclone and Three Sisters rides. I wanted to try the Boomerang, but I ran out of time. The wave pool is great, but keep in mind that the waves start every 30 minutes, so plan your time accordingly. There are also food shops where you can grab a bite to eat. Lockers are available for rent: small ones cost $14, and large ones cost $18. After trying all the rides, dont miss taking a relaxing loop on the Lazy River with a tube—it’s the perfect way to end your day. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience, and I definitely plan to visit again!

2 /5 Dan Saller: Where to start??? Daughter is the age of water parks. Decided to get a platinum season pass since it was on sale and would probably visit more than once. Got to the park not that busy in the morning. By lunch decided to eat at the park. That when the problems started. The line was ridiculously long and some of the food they were offering was out by the time we got to the front this was by 12:00. Put an order in for chicken fingers and a Caesar salad. Was told wait to the side. Waited, waited, waited. Seeing other people that were behind getting their orders still havent gotten mine. Went up to the window to ask about the food and they didnt even know what was ordered. Told them and was told back they are out of the salad...... Lesson learned eat before coming since no outside food. Will go back again probably once just to get the moneys worth

5 /5 J. N.: Great place for a day long visit. If you are local it might be good to get the summer pass. When the weather is good the queues for the biggest slides can be long. But lots of other attractions if you dont want to wait.
