    Kat Steinbruegge: I had an excellent time. They were very professional and nice. They also didnt work on you like they seem rushed even when they were busy they focused on the person in front of them. Which was very much appreciated. I got the luxury pedicure and it was worth the money then I got a manicure. Originally I ask for a dip with extension but after talking with Kim she recommended the gel extension saying it mostly be what Im looking for and would feel more natural. She was right and Im very happy and impressed.

    Kathy Wyrick: I’ve been here twice now and I definitely recommend Alex. He’s super gentle and did my birthday nails. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly. My nails always last for 3-5weeks and the full set I got and nail art are beautiful and are perfect for the spring time.

    Baylee Hinterscher: The worst experience I’ve had in a nail place. All my nails are uneven not how long I wanted them and they kept filing shorter and shorter not even to half an inch they’re so short. I had to walk out because they told me I have to pay for two sets if I got them redone. Then Tried to make me pay $40 for nails with no polish on them all uneven and nowhere near what I wanted them to be. I told her I wasn’t paying $40 and she still made me pay 35. I will not be coming back to this nail salon because it was not a good experience at all.

    Candy Jordan: First time there and love this place! Everyone was really nice and professional. Took my granddaughter and daughter and we all had Mani & Pedis they were super sweet to my little grand, made everyone feel welcomed and the place looked nice and clean. They have a bar if you want to order drinks. They offered free water or sodas. The massages they did on all our legs, feet, arms, and hands was super amazing. I will definitely be returning as a regular with this type of service. I was happy happy! Glad I tried them. Oh, we were all happy with how our hands and feet looked. I recommend this place if youre looking for a good place to go.

    Maria Lara: I came to this nail shop with my mom for a pedicure and an acrylic full set, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Amy, Tiffany, and Andre did an amazing job. Their attention to detail and customer service were absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, they made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Our nails turned out perfect! I will definitely be booking with them again, they are the best. Highly recommend!

He is very gentle, and is fantastic with communicating what look you’re trying to go for! He spoke to me the whole time and made me feel like a close friend.     Miau Frau: This was my first time at Posh Nail Lounge, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I was planning to have my acrylic set removed and try a set of Gel-X nails, but the gentleman pointed out that my one damaged natural thumbnail probably wouldnt last long with Gel-X since there isnt much nail to hold on to, and I really appreciated the honesty so I didnt waste my money. I got an acrylic fill-in instead, and he did a phenomenal job in a quick manner, but still took the time to make sure I was happy with my nails. I will definitely be coming back to Posh Nail Lounge in the future, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great nail place!

    Taylor T: I tried out DK again because I needed my nails done last minute. Probably shouldn’t have considering they gave me an infection the previous time but I was desperate to get in before a vacation. They did them, rushed, but they looked great! By the next day the polish was melting off my nails but I was on a flight for a trip the next two weeks. After calling them they said just to take pictures and show them the next time I came in. When I went in a couple days ago, showed them the pictures, they just laughed and charged me full price for gel & a fill. I expected to pay for the fill but not the polish considering it didn’t last me the last time. They sent me off with a $10 gift card. Today my nails chipped, one wasn’t fully glossed, and I wanted them to fix a super crooked one they did. I was met with rudeness, laughing, and being made fun of. They made me move between people two times because they argued on who was going to deal with me. Safe to say I let someone have my $10 gift card on the way out because I will NEVER be going back.

    Susan Zykan: I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but my last few visits have been disappointing. The quality of service has declined, and it feels like the staff is bothered when you ask for specific requests. During my most recent visit, I asked for a coffin shape and received a short, square shape instead. The overall execution of the nails was not what I expected, and the expertise just isn’t what it used to be. I’ve spent a lot of money at this salon, but I no longer feel valued as a customer. If I’m paying for a service, I expect to be listened to and appreciated—not treated like an inconvenience. My pedicure was horrible as well. Still rough skin and the polish is so thick and uneven. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
