5 /5 Kat Steinbruegge: I had an excellent time. They were very professional and nice. They also didnt work on you like they seem rushed even when they were busy they focused on the person in front of them. Which was very much appreciated. I got the luxury pedicure and it was worth the money then I got a manicure. Originally I ask for a dip with extension but after talking with Kim she recommended the gel extension saying it mostly be what Im looking for and would feel more natural. She was right and Im very happy and impressed.

5 /5 Megan Hart: Went here for the first time this evening with my daughter. Everyone was super nice. I called ahead since I knew if we were in it would be past closing for leaving, and they said it was okay. I was super grateful since i promised my daughter we would be able to do nails. Everything was clean and nice. We will definitely be back! Love our mani/pedi!

1 /5 LaToya Goode: Very disappointed! Received price that the nails would be and confirmed the amount of my daughter’s nail prior to having them done. Got ready to check out and the nails were $20 more than what was quoted. This has happened on to another occasions with them and I will never return. I feel like they try to cheat you. There was also a sign saying you get 5% off for paying cash. I had to ask for the discount to be applied when it should have been an automatic being the credit card machine was not working. Also the pinky nail was blatantly not centered. I will NEVER return to those thieves.

4 /5 Brynlie Loomis: Kim made sure to make all the little details perfect! She spend her time and did a good job! It did take a little longer than expected but overall it looked like the inspiration pics.

AQ Nail Bar - Edwardsville Candy Jordan: First time there and love this place! Everyone was really nice and professional. Took my granddaughter and daughter and we all had Mani & Pedis they were super sweet to my little grand, made everyone feel welcomed and the place looked nice and clean. They have a bar if you want to order drinks. They offered free water or sodas. The massages they did on all our legs, feet, arms, and hands was super amazing. I will definitely be returning as a regular with this type of service. I was happy happy! Glad I tried them. Oh, we were all happy with how our hands and feet looked. I recommend this place if youre looking for a good place to go.

EXO: Nail Bar, Med Spa, Lounge - Edwardsville Maria Lara: I came to this nail shop with my mom for a pedicure and an acrylic full set, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Amy, Tiffany, and Andre did an amazing job. Their attention to detail and customer service were absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, they made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Our nails turned out perfect! I will definitely be booking with them again, they are the best. Highly recommend!

ZAZA NAILS & SPA - Glen Carbon Elysha Hernandez: This is now my second time with Danny and all I can say is I think I found my permanent nail artist! He is very gentle, and is fantastic with communicating what look you’re trying to go for! He spoke to me the whole time and made me feel like a close friend. These last two appointments were honestly the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’m so excited for my next appointment, and future nail sets! Thank you so much Zaza and Danny!

LA Nails - Glen Carbon C. Knox: So impressed! From the warm welcome walking in the door through my entire time there, everything was exceptional! So pleasant, the cleanest facility I’ve seen, and the expression of gratefulness is unmatched. Also, an extremely well behaved fur baby made everything even better!

POSH NAIL LOUNGE - Glen Carbon Miau Frau: This was my first time at Posh Nail Lounge, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I was planning to have my acrylic set removed and try a set of Gel-X nails, but the gentleman pointed out that my one damaged natural thumbnail probably wouldnt last long with Gel-X since there isnt much nail to hold on to, and I really appreciated the honesty so I didnt waste my money. I got an acrylic fill-in instead, and he did a phenomenal job in a quick manner, but still took the time to make sure I was happy with my nails. I will definitely be coming back to Posh Nail Lounge in the future, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great nail place!

DK Nails & Spa - Edwardsville Taylor T: I tried out DK again because I needed my nails done last minute. Probably shouldn’t have considering they gave me an infection the previous time but I was desperate to get in before a vacation. They did them, rushed, but they looked great! By the next day the polish was melting off my nails but I was on a flight for a trip the next two weeks. After calling them they said just to take pictures and show them the next time I came in. When I went in a couple days ago, showed them the pictures, they just laughed and charged me full price for gel & a fill. I expected to pay for the fill but not the polish considering it didn’t last me the last time. They sent me off with a $10 gift card. Today my nails chipped, one wasn’t fully glossed, and I wanted them to fix a super crooked one they did. I was met with rudeness, laughing, and being made fun of. They made me move between people two times because they argued on who was going to deal with me. Safe to say I let someone have my $10 gift card on the way out because I will NEVER be going back.

1 Spa & Nail - Glen Carbon Susan Zykan: I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but my last few visits have been disappointing. The quality of service has declined, and it feels like the staff is bothered when you ask for specific requests. During my most recent visit, I asked for a coffin shape and received a short, square shape instead. The overall execution of the nails was not what I expected, and the expertise just isn’t what it used to be. I’ve spent a lot of money at this salon, but I no longer feel valued as a customer. If I’m paying for a service, I expect to be listened to and appreciated—not treated like an inconvenience. My pedicure was horrible as well. Still rough skin and the polish is so thick and uneven. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nailhaus - Edwardsville Alexandria Taylor: Ive gone here several times and previously had good experiences. This last time though was NOT good. I had a male nail tech Ive never had before and he was WAY too rough on my nails. I got my nails done 2 days ago and my fingers still hurt any time I use them. My nails are pretty, but they dont even reach the edges on my actual nails. Some of them are also crooked. But Ive been here before and knew they wouldnt be perfect. My main issue with my latest visit was that they were WAY too rough with my nails. The price isnt as good as it used to be (my particular service increased by $15 in 2 years), and it just is not worth it anymore. I will not be returning.

Casca Nail Boutique - Maryville Heidi Landon: Came in as a walk-in on a Monday afternoon. The salon was able to get me in right away. Eric was fantastic! Im an anxiety nail biter, so there isnt much base nail to work with, but he did an amazing job keeping my full set on the shorter side while still giving me the shape I wanted. He was fast and efficient, getting me in and out in less than an hour. Will definitely come back to him!

EXO Lounge - Edwardsville Micaela Voskanyan: Andree is the guy to go to! I’ve been getting my nails done a lot over the years but he is by far my favorite! Not only does he take his time to get my nails exactly how I want them, but he goes the extra mile! He has great customer service, and not only treats you like a client but as a friend. His kindness and compassion are two of the biggest reasons I’ll only get my nails done by him (and his attention to detail). I have big social anxiety and have always felt awkward getting my nails done, trying to think of things to talk about or stressing over “awkward” silence. But Andree has changed the whole experience for me! I really appreciate him! I followed him from his old salon to this one, both had great vibes but when I walk into EXO it’s like I stepped into a whole new world! I felt like I was in a fancy Hollywood bar/resort almost! Anyways I added a picture of the nail set Andree did for me this last visit on Saturday! Black with chrome! He absolutely killed it!
