5 /5 Charisma Fox: Tracy did such an amazing job on my hair! She took the time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted, and it turned out perfectly! It came out so healthy and natural, I recommend her and her studio :)

2 /5 Meagan S: Ive never had anyone spend so little time on my hair (we were done in 30 minutes). And it was clear the stylist doesnt work with curly hair, even though I asked for someone who was when I scheduled. My hair is dry, frizzy, curls arent even close to being defined after the bare minimum styling. My hair wasnt even completely dried, and a curling iron was used on my hair when it was still technically damp. It just felt like there was no effort behind this, and I cant even tell if the cut was what I asked for because the styling is so terrible I cant see it. The stylist was perfectly friendly, but my hair has never looked so terrible after a professional has had their hands on it. I have to go completely redo my own hair now, and if it looks bad I cant even afford to fix it without requesting a refund (which is something I prefer not to do).
