I’ve always seen fun, detailed nail designs online but could never find anyone to actually create them—until now. This set was exactly what I wanted, and it truly feels like a piece of art. The salon itself is super cute and cozy, it smells amazing, and they have literally everything you could ever imagine for nail designs. Any idea is possible here. I’m so happy I found them—highly recommend Tokyo Nails!

5 /5 Selma K: This is a nail art salon with amazing staff. If you are looking for a cheap neighborhood nail salon, this is not your place. Melody and team take their time to not only manicure your nails but consult on color, design and finished look to make it fun and exceptional. The gel extensions last 3-4 weeks with a tiny care. I love this place and won’t get a manicure elsewhere.

5 /5 Brenda Cabrera: I got press-ons for the first time here last Thursday and the nail tech did such a great job. I hadnt tried press-ons before but have been happily surprised by how nice they look. Ive been getting lots of compliments and people thinking theyre my real nails. I had no chip gel on prior and they took it off super quickly. I get my nails done regularly by the same person but Im glad I tried this place. Super cute and I liked the selection of designs they had!

Main Street Shear Perfection - Robinson T.J. Blackburn: I just moved to this area and was unsure where to get established with a new hairdresser. On my first visit, Hayley, the owner colored and trimmed my hair. Hayley was very sweet and my hair turned out great. It was also a pleasure to be in a salon that is in such a beautiful historic building.

Polished Salon - Robinson ADDISON Cruz.: We visited the clothing shop not the salon. They have a good selection of spring and summer clothing already in stock.

Do or Dye Beauty Bar & Lounge - Robinson Chandler Dorjahn: Scheduled a 1pm appointment at 10:30am. Got there right at 1. Was told that I would be helped shortly at that point. Waited a whole 18 minutes and when I stood at the counter, the one other girl that was there and busy with someone else asked if I had been helped. I said yes and that I was waiting. I heard them talking in the back and asking where the girl that was supposed to cut my hair was. I waited until 1:25ish and asked about an update. Said the girl was on her way there… TO THE BUSINESS! People have jobs to get to and can’t wait 30-40 minutes to even start a hair cut. My lunch hour thankfully is one hour long. I walked out at that point. I rearranged my whole lunch for this! Morals of scheduling and being on time don’t apply to them. EDIT: Owner reached out to me and attempted at least to make it right. I can understand that an owner/manager over these employees despite all efforts cannot control the actions of their employees at all times.

Kayla Nail Spa - Sycamore Shawna Kerwin: Apparently next time I need to request Kayla. This place came highly recommended. But then I got my nails and there horrible. These are all completely uneven. Not just the shape but the polish and acrylic as well.I’m so disappointed, I don’t think there will be a next time. I can’t seem to attach the pictures but wow. Just horrible.

Nail & Spa - Sycamore dawn busch: Took the family here on a whim. Husband and myself had pedicures, daughters had manicures. Nice relaxing vibe. Professional and quick service. Would definitely come here again. UPDATE: This is my 3rd visit to this business and I still give it 5 stars. In looking at some of the other reviews I see that there are some who only gave it 1 star. I dont see how that can be possible! All three times that Ive been here there has been excellent service, friendly staff and quality work done. I have had a pedicure done here 3 times and one time added a manicure on. Very satisfied.

Pro Nails - Sycamore Kathrine Klein: Been coming here forever! I use to live in Sycamore and now live an hour and 30 mins away and still come to get my naild done every 3-4 weeks! Kenny and Ann our absolutely amazing and do an outstanding job every time! I wont go anywhere else!
