I decided to take her to True Smiles to have it assessed and get her cleaning done. They were able to get her in two days later. They were amazing! She is 4 years old was a little nervous to go. The hygienist was amazing with her, put her at ease and made it fun. They were very thorough and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

1 /5 Jeanne Vargas: True Smiles fitted me with an upper “flipper.” Only a scan was done of the structure of my mouth, which I believe was an error. When I received the partial plate: The teeth were sharpened to razor-sharp points. While I needed a flexible flipper; I received a hard “inflexible” resin. The shape of the plate did not fit the shape of my gum line; alignment was off. It was too painful to remove and unable to reapply. I I’ve been wearing partial plates for nearly 42 years. This is the worst partial plate I’ve ever had made for me, and I would not recommend this Dental Clinic for leaving me in this situation with a partial plate that is not functional and that I am unable to wear.

Carley Family Dental - Pontiac Wendy Raines: I have gone to another local dentists my whole life and have recently changed to Dr.Carley about 6 months ago. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! The staff are so wonderful and personable. I feel so comfortable for being in a dentist surrounding. Ive never felt that before. Ive unfortunately have had emergency after emergency and Dr.Carley and his staff make me a priority and fit me right in everytime! Even staying late! There is such a wonderful family vibe here and Ill recommend them over and over! God bless you guys! Youre doing a great job!

Midwest Dental - Pontiac - Pontiac brandy crenshaw: Super friendly and welcoming staff! Very understanding of my dental situation and very detailed plan on how to fix my teeth to have a more confident smile and just to feel no more pain. I will continue to come here through the whole process even found me a great oral surgeon! Update: By far the most amazing staff! I have NEVER had a good experience at a dentist, NEVER left relieved until Midwest. I literally can not thank them enough for removing the most pain I have ever felt! I will continue to be a patient here! Highly recommend Dr.Bess!

He also realizes people on a budget may need years to get teeth fixed and he is okay with that. He is a very skilled dentist you can trust. Will always go to him.

Angela Bess - Pontiac Carol Winters: I had the most painful experience of my life here. When I asked Bess to stop, she told me hold still and then ran out of the room. She does not explain procedures unless you ask. She is always in a hurry. If you complain, she will ask you to find another dentist. I had been going to this office for over 40 years, until I met Bess.
