This place can over charge $100 "by mistake" and claim store policy only allows store credit back for said mistake. you can beg and say you need the money for gas not store credit. but they could care far less. Similar scenario happened to me so I Will never ever return. Management is Very disappointing, unprofessional, numb to the customers needs and needs to go. Goodbye Hot rags, you lost a recurring forever customer and his family.

1 /5 Mrs. Orozco: I would never shop here when in exchanging a outfit that I bought from there, I had spoken to the girl earlier before and told her that I really didn’t want to purchase it if I was not able to return it and get my money back, she told me that as long as I would take it, but she will work with me came today to the mall and God attend By a guy named Geo very rude person wouldn’t work with me. Told me he couldn’t do nothing. No refunds at all he could give me was that gift card I told him if I don’t buy anything from here what can I get? Can you work with me can you do something for me was so rude and just hand me a gift card and say good luck. I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome but can remember Geo without guest you don’t have a store he told me about the policy I said yes I did know, but I did tell your employee the assistant manager that if I did not like it was she able to give me my money back and she said yes, and just right now I see the policy but he was so rude. I would never shop here. I’d rather give my gift card to somebody in the store than ever comes here again and they all $141.

5 /5 Morgan Douglas: This place has absolutely everything that my usual Orland Park location does not and I love it. My first visit here, I got myself some lip balm, an air freshener, some socks, and a scrunchie. Mostly pride themed. There was a little bit of confusion on the associate’s part when she was helping me after I asked for a pair of socks, and it got to the point that I had to signal the colors for the socks I was asking about, because when she was pointing to the item I wanted, I said just right, and she pointed to something else, but I look back on that moment and laugh, partially because it was my own fault for not being entirely specific the first time. Might have to come back for some of the prayer candles someday.

5 /5 Sav: Employees were awesome and very helpful. I bought a bee septum piercing today with my friend. They helped us find it and really were the sweetest. They were really chill people and I plan on coming back for more things in the future!!
