5 /5 Megan Collins: I witnessed an employee at TJ Maxx being incredibly helpful to an elderly woman. Not only did they assist her in the store, but they even carried her purchase all the way to her car. Truly outstanding service!

1 /5 Heather Salvatore: Go in to exchange something. Asked an associate what i should do. Her response was loud, brash , “ Take it with you, it’s not our responsibility if you leave it up here and it gets lost.” I was a little taken back by the response. I may second guess my shopping experience going forward here .

2 /5 Sylvia He: The fitting room staff and the cashier were really unprofessional — no basic manners, lazy, and more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Some clothes were damaged or poorly kept, yet still on sale. Definitely not the kind of service or quality I expected from T.J. Maxx.

1 /5 Shameika Hughes: There is a whole lot of people (management,corporate,cashiers )whom should truly be ashamed of themselves. You have managers who shouldn’t be managing anyone period . I’ve never seen a tjmaxx so gross, disorganized and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Experiencing what I experienced most definitely makes me appreciate the Terre Haute,In location so much . I was stunned by how the employees had no clue and the manager whom I honestly thought was a customer . No names badges on almost all I come across and by their appearance makes me wonder what kind of dress code is required?! Managers Smdh . U are supposed to lead by example. No wonder the store and employees look and conduct themselves the way they did. If u walk around looking homeless and like a bum they are going to think it is ok. It’s not . And let’s not forget the lady who decided to eat behind the register instead of helping customers . A all around joke . Product on the floor , things literally everywhere . 80%of shelf’s were completely empty. Avoid this place like it’s Covid . Just save urself the headache and the time ur going waste and just go to Homegoods down the road .

3 /5 Brandon: I was a bit disappointed with the selection in the young girls clothing section. There werent many options available, and the store appeared to be quite unorganized, with items scattered about. But the prices seemed decent on the stuff I did see in stock.
