They were closed 09/12 and again 09/13 without saying anything on FaceBook. Their Google hours list them as being open both days until later in the evening. You can’t get business if you’re never open… consider readjusting your business hours if you need time to reconfigure the store. Your store schedule clearly isn’t consistent causing a conflict with customers. The sign showing you were closed was done in a hurry showing a lack of planning. I understand issues arise, but sending out a courtesy message to your social platforms isn’t a difficult task.
I did end up visiting your store 2 weeks ago when it was open. I walked in and wasn’t greeted by what looked like a very uninterested, bored high schooler at the desk. The store was clean and well stocked, but lacked personality.
