Molly Johnson I found Tiffany online for my wedding and booked her, but actually started seeing her for lash lifts, brow waxing, and facials about 5 months leading up to the wedding. She is an artist and so good at what she does! My mom and bridesmaids were nervous about make up horror stories, but they all said they were so impressed with Tiffany’s make up and LOVED IT. I as the bride got a scrape on my face just 1 day before the wedding and Tiffany worked magic covering it up to being invisible. I am a client for life and can’t wait to see her make in studio for brows, lashes, and facials. The studio is so relaxing and inviting.

Anna Klejn Got a lash lift & tint + a brow tint from Amber! She was super sweet and so gentle the entire time! My eyes did not burn/experience any irritation beside the weird sensation of having a pad glued to my eyelid, but that comes with a lash lift lol! Would definitely come again! I think the before & after photo speaks for itself :) Also just in case anyone else happens to look at reviews before going for the first time: the location it shows you on maps is wrong! It’s actually the building highlighted in green in my photo!

I appreciate the talent they have but the charges they write on website vs they charge is completely different. I don’t understand on the website i see 25$ wjth taxes i expect it to be 27$ but here the price i have been charge was double the price. I am highly disappointed due to the price any person who doesnt understand these fancy places shouldnt visit this fancy places without prior understanding.

Lorena Sanchez I first heard of Elevation about two to three years ago at work! I was told that Erica Rippel is amazing with hair color! I was nervous as i had terrible experiences before with other places. After seeing the result on others i set up an appointment and since then she never dissapoints me! I tell her a color and thats what i get! She is very patient and takes care of my hair! I strongly believe that she is the BEST in town! I would strongly recommend her! I give her a 5 star because she truly knows her stuff and has not damaged my hair with these hair dyes! Thank you Erica for all you do!!

David Wyse Bryant Miller is a wonderful salon. Kaetlyn, Jill, and Jackie have all styled my hair through the years. They also do a great job styling my childrens hair. Fun atmosphere--highly recommend.

Laurie Mueller Jackie is absolutely the best. She knows what my hair will and wont do so when I bring in a picture of a new style she will tell me if that will work or not. And her scalp massages are the highlight of my day.

Jessica Chackoria I have been going to Anu Beauty Salon regularly for a year now, and I plan on going for as long as possible! Anu is prompt, professional, and great at what she does. Importantly, she is also super nice and friendly. Her prices are definitely the best in town. The salon space itself is visually pleasing and very hygienic. Appointments are easy to get and Ive never had to wait after reaching there. Would highly recommend!!

DIANA CASEY I went to Jennis for the first time at 9a last Friday. I made the appointment over 2 weeks ago for a trim and partial highlights with color. I knew right from the start the stylist was inexperienced in dealing with long hair. She also told me that she doesnt do partial highlights only a full set of highlights. I said well then if youre going to charge me for full highlights I want more highlights for what youre charging me for. She struggled with foiling my hair. I literally had bleach on my hair for over an hour and half. Throughout the 3 hours I was there, she constantly complained about having to use more product, and that she didnt have time to do my hair. She kept informing me that I will have to pay more than just the highlights. When she finally realized she needed help, she and another stylist applied the color. Now the other stylist was gentle and professional. This woman was rough. She tugged and pulled on my hair throught the whole visit. Once the color was finally in she hesitated on even wanting to blow dry it much less cut it. She told me I had to make another appointment to have it cut because she didnt have time to do my hair. I felt she was struggling to breath and move around due to her morbid obesity. She struggled just keeping her arms up. Thats probably why it took her over an hour and half to do 24 foils. I have had this same cut and highlight job done with other stylist who managed to do the job in a timely fashion without struggling. Long story short, I could only do half of the blow drying because she continued to pull and tug on my hair. The mistreatment was terrible. I waited 3 days to wash it so the RED color would really stick but noticed the color had washed out to a orange color. Only after 1 wash. I use the color treated shampoo and conditioner from the salon so NO, the shampoo and conditioner were NOT the issue. I tried calling Jennis this morning but no one answered. The facility is beautiful but looks can be deceiving. Especially when you get horrible service.

Serena Round My Mother in Law took us here on Saturday morning for makeup and hair for the wedding of her son. When we got there they had 2 bridal parties getting hair and make up and even though they were very busy we loved our makeup and our hair. These makeup and hair artists are very good and work great even when they have 20 girls in the salon at the same time. Very friendly and professional. I loved it

Wendy Hicks Let me preface by saying my operator at Jennis really did good work. My review is not pertaining to the quality of the services I received. Ive been going to Jennis for a little over a year now on the advice of my sister-in law, and during that time the prices have gradually increased until they are now verging on laughable. My bill for a colour and trim was $178 this evening. As a comparison, I got my hair coloured and cut in Mid-town Manhattan at a very nice salon right before the Covid lockdowns. My bill was $160 plus tip, which I always provide. I am originally from San Diego and my bill for the same services there was never more than $140...and I went to a nice salon, not some cheap Super Cuts. When I started going to Jennis the bill was $138 at first. After a few appointments the bill crept up to $158 or $159, I cant recall precisely which. Tonight the bill was $178. These prices are higher than Chicago and New York. This is Central Illinois... I had made an appointment for later in August but the more I thought about it the angrier I grew. I cant shake the feeling that the bill was being padded by having the operator use unnecessary products. I cancelled the appointment about 10 minutes ago and will return to my previous operator who charges only $98 for the exact same services...and does a wonderful job. As I stated above, Jennis provides good services but their pricing is out of control. ...absolutely out of control. If the salon doesnt change their business model I dont foresee them lasting very long here, unfortunately.

Tanner Knight Rosie is awesome! She spends time with her clients! Takes the time to make sure that your hair is even and how you like it. She makes sure you are 100% satisfied! ❤️ I would recommend this business and Rosie a thousand times over! The salon is clean and you feel very comfortable when you’re there. Elijah Lawson Had a great experience with my stylist Rosie. I felt really comfortable and not rushed as I explained exactly how I wanted my hair, and what I wanted it to grow into. She looked at the pics I showed her, gave her expert opinion on how to accomplish the look. I felt like I was in good hands. She took her time and was really detail oriented, making sure everything was perfect and fixed right before sending me on my way. Very friendly too. Thanks Rosie.

Viktoriia Kramarenko I want to share my terrible experience. I have been doing keratin for many years, and I was always happy with this procedure, I have long hair. Until I got to this salon. I did a keratin procedure, which I think everyone knows about. This is a procedure that straightens hair for a period of 3 to 6 months, it is written about it on Google, if you just type the word "keratin". I did this procedure, and when at the end they washed off the component, they straightened my hair with an iron, which I was already surprised, because my hair should be straight. I washed my hair after 2 days, and the component was washed off, my hair was the same as always when I just dried it with a hairdryer. That is, I paid $ 260, and did not get the result. I wrote to the salon about this, but they replied that they do not do "keratin straightening", they do "keratin smoothing", although they did not warn me that it does not give results. I had long text disputes, the salon stood its ground, although it would be strange if you came for hair dyeing, and your dye washed off the next day. We closed this topic, my hair was in normal condition, so I didn’t want to write my review, although it spoiled my mood, and I really regret the money lost. Several weeks have passed, and my hair is in terrible condition, it is simply incredibly dry, tangles like never before, falls out and is very split along the entire length. I have waist-length hair, and I just cry when I look at my hair, it is simply burned. Yes, I see beautiful hair here on the girls who get dyed here. But if you don’t know about keratin, then remove it for your price. My hair will not be saved, only time will help it grow back! I grew it for many years, and it all changed in one day. “Thank you” to the salon for this, and for your customer orientation!

Kierstin Stephenson This review is purely about the exceptional customer service I received. I spoke with Erica this morning, and she was not only warm and friendly, but also took the time to listen to my entire story before explaining the cancellation policy. My little sister, a broke college student at IU Bloomington IN, accidentally scheduled an appointment for Illinois Bloomington instead. She was in tears and asking if I could call and see what they could do. Erica chuckled and said, “It happens all the time, we understand,” and didn’t charge my sister since she was in another state and obviously didn’t intend to miss the appointment. Erica’s customer service really stood out to me—its rare to find someone who truly listens with such empathy these days. If the rest of the staff is as kind as Erica, then this boutique is definitely worth a visit! Erica was so warm, and clearly, they have some amazing people working there. I just wish I lived in Illinois... this would absolutely be my go-to boutique! Ha!

chelsey baker I can’t say enough good things about this salon. My stylist always rock it anytime I go in for a new look or just to tone up and always leave feeling more than satisfied! I also want to mention that not only do they accommodate me so well, but they also treat my daughter as if she’s family. I’ll never forget my recent experience where I had no choice but to bring my 4 year old diva in while getting my hair done, and the receptionist was absolutely amazing and took her under her wing the entire time! I have never felt such genuineness in a salon and I’m so thankful to have found my place!
