Viktoriia Kramarenko I want to share my terrible experience. I have been doing keratin for many years, and I was always happy with this procedure, I have long hair. Until I got to this salon. I did a keratin procedure, which I think everyone knows about. This is a procedure that straightens hair for a period of 3 to 6 months, it is written about it on Google, if you just type the word "keratin". I did this procedure, and when at the end they washed off the component, they straightened my hair with an iron, which I was already surprised, because my hair should be straight. I washed my hair after 2 days, and the component was washed off, my hair was the same as always when I just dried it with a hairdryer. That is, I paid $ 260, and did not get the result. I wrote to the salon about this, but they replied that they do not do "keratin straightening", they do "keratin smoothing", although they did not warn me that it does not give results. I had long text disputes, the salon stood its ground, although it would be strange if you came for hair dyeing, and your dye washed off the next day. We closed this topic, my hair was in normal condition, so I didn’t want to write my review, although it spoiled my mood, and I really regret the money lost. Several weeks have passed, and my hair is in terrible condition, it is simply incredibly dry, tangles like never before, falls out and is very split along the entire length. I have waist-length hair, and I just cry when I look at my hair, it is simply burned. Yes, I see beautiful hair here on the girls who get dyed here. But if you don’t know about keratin, then remove it for your price. My hair will not be saved, only time will help it grow back! I grew it for many years, and it all changed in one day. “Thank you” to the salon for this, and for your customer orientation!

Kierstin Stephenson This review is purely about the exceptional customer service I received. I spoke with Erica this morning, and she was not only warm and friendly, but also took the time to listen to my entire story before explaining the cancellation policy.
My little sister, a broke college student at IU Bloomington IN, accidentally scheduled an appointment for Illinois Bloomington instead. She was in tears and asking if I could call and see what they could do. Erica chuckled and said, “It happens all the time, we understand,” and didn’t charge my sister since she was in another state and obviously didn’t intend to miss the appointment.
Erica’s customer service really stood out to me—its rare to find someone who truly listens with such empathy these days. If the rest of the staff is as kind as Erica, then this boutique is definitely worth a visit! Erica was so warm, and clearly, they have some amazing people working there.
I just wish I lived in Illinois... this would absolutely be my go-to boutique! Ha!

chelsey baker I can’t say enough good things about this salon. My stylist always rock it anytime I go in for a new look or just to tone up and always leave feeling more than satisfied!
I also want to mention that not only do they accommodate me so well, but they also treat my daughter as if she’s family. I’ll never forget my recent experience where I had no choice but to bring my 4 year old diva in while getting my hair done, and the receptionist was absolutely amazing and took her under her wing the entire time! I have never felt such genuineness in a salon and I’m so thankful to have found my place!
