Ariel Upchurch Despite the other bad reviews, you should definitely try them out! I have never had a problem going to these ladies. They are very nice and its such a relaxing environment. I am always pleased with my nails! They do such a wonderful job. Remember dont judge a book by its cover.

Jessie Bible My mother and I came in to get our nails and toes done . Walked in there was one lady doing someone else another one waiting. Two workers we have been soaking our feet for 30 mins nothing else! It’s like a daycare in here kids running everywhere cartoons on tvs. We come to RELAX. Can’t … very ran down. We won’t be back and won’t be a tip.

Sharon Foust Oh my goodness, this lady was in a hurry and had the sander on full blast, I kept telling her that my nails are thin and that it was burning but she said she had to do it that way and was very rude. I had to tell her to keep taking them shorter because I work on a PC all day, she keep telling me to wait until she got done before I said anything - really? I asked her to make sure my nails beds were more exposed and she said they have to be balanced - what does that mean anyway?? All I know is my nails do not look good, BIG and square - which I did not want, thats why I was trying to tell her what I wanted upfront. I just hope my nails are not damaged from the sander that she was running wide open. I wont be back.

We were there at 12:35 p.m., and your hours are posted open until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and you were closed.I have been a Merle Norman customer for many years and in my opinion this is no way to operate a business.I will not be back.

Amanda Pearce If I could give them zero, I absolutely would. Im preffacing this with, I had my hair done a couple years ago there and it was fine, so I decided to give them a chance, since I needed a refresher. Their stylist chemically damaged my hair, and possibly scalp, by having lightener on it for 4 hours, completely fried my ends and just left the damage instead of fixing it, but their stance is that they are not liable for stylists work, because they are freelance. She held me in there for 5 and a half hours, and didnt even finish the cut and the color is so far from what I wanted that its insane. (I showed inspo pics, and was very clear from the start on what I wanted.) Finally, I was so mad at the end if it, and in so much pain from her yanking on my head and holding heat on small sections for so long, that I took the dryer from her to finish drying it myself. If you go there, do not go to Erin Shehorn. Absolutely worst hair experience of my life! Zero stars. Absolutely no culpability for anything done in there. Will never go back ever again.
