No word for 3 weeks stopped in was told it was sitting on someone’s desk with no communication within the office so nothing was done that whole time. Gave them another 2 weeks. Nothing done. Was told at that time more info needed but not one phone call on their part to notify us. We wouldn’t have known this unless we stopped in No call from them. Cancelled their service and would never recommend them or return to them. Almost 6 weeks in their office with Nothing done

ali jones: My husband and I have had nothing but problems with this bank. His debit card gets denied constantly even though when he checks his account there’s a significant positive balance. He’s called in to confirm and sure enough there’s money in his account, but it cannot be used. No one seems to know why this is happening and I’m completely fed up with this bank. We will be switching banks ASAP.
