4 /5 maria zamora: First time here, they have good customer service and decent prices compared to all the jewelry stores in little village I went to a lot of different stores around there and so far they have the best prices including pawn shops, I would’ve give them 5 stars but I asked for a plain name tag and they made like diamond cut but I think that can be fixed if I ask them to, also the gold is good quality.

The owner took time to help me with a broken piece of jewelry and explained to me how to properly care for my crucifix necklace Ive had for over 25 years. He also looked over another piece of jewelry I wasnt sure about and he told me that everything looked good with it. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he was to my daughter. She is 11 years old and full of questions. He taught her a lot about jewelry in the short time we were there. Did I mention how shiny and pretty everything looks when you walk into their store? Great place! I highly recommend you check it out when youre in downtown Effingham enjoying the small town Christmas atmosphere!

Never had a problem with this store until then, definitely will no longer be returning due the the ridiculous behavior.
