2 /5 Kristan Fleming: Ok so this is mainly a lack of decorum on my boyfriend’s part but I was given a gift and attempted to return a bracelet as it was too small. He purchased some items at a store in Indianapolis and the store showed me his purchases which is how I found out that the gift was a free gift with purchase. I was so pissed that I haven’t returned to the store…..!

1 /5 Ldean Kregel: Came in to make a purchase and was 100% ignored by 4 employees. No other customers in the store. Clearly no one wanted a sale.

1 /5 Natasha Ivanova: I bought my daughter a New Year gift in Pandora store in Champaign Illinois November 27th. After wearing a ring for less than 2 months it was in terrible condition (several stones were green and the enamel wore off), though she never took a shower in it, nor use any lotions wearing it! When I came to Pandora on Neil at in the Mall where I purchased it employees told me that they can’t do anything about it even that I have a 1 year warranty! I was very upset with their attitude and customer service! BUT, when I came to NY city and went to Pandora store they changed me the ring for a new one right away without asking any questions. So my 1 star is for the customer treatment in Pandora store in Champaign Mall! It also calls for a question why a local shop does not follow general Pandora policies.
