They have helped with so many discounts and the customer service is always top tier. We work mainly with Ben and he is an absolute joy to have on our side. He understands our messy work schedules and allows us to text him any questions and in under 24 hours we have a response. Everyone there is super personable and friendly. When Ben was out of the office, Ron- the owner, offered to step up and help us without any hesitation. Just a great group of people who take amazing care of their clients. My husband left his insurance company to come here because of the prices and how much we love the easy accessibility to our providers through StateFarm. We have already agreed when we have kids of our own, we will most definitely be insuring their cars through StateFarm, as well. Talking to anyone there feels like talking to a friend you havent seen in a while.

SumMerFine: Would not purchase insurance through this company ever again. Unable to make partial payments before the due date. I understood if it was after the due date but to not be able to make partial payments online is insane. Was not refunded for a vehicle on a policy that no longer needed to be on the policy. Asked that I submit documents of the total loss and when I did the policy was still cancelled. Dont waste your time! Go with someone else. They will cancel your policy within a week or 2 from the due date so if you only get paid twice a month good luck!
