Cheryl Bier I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, I was greeted by the knowledgeable staff who were ready to get to work on my vehicle. They were friendly and prepared to work on my car. The price was good for quality work...and all in all, it was a great experience. They know their stuff !!

Jeff S I dropped off my alternator for my corvette since it was making a lot of noise. The problems were quickly diagnosed and they ordered the parts. They used materials of extreme high quality far superior to the parts used by the factory. Pricing was also incredibly fair and a little less than buying a reman alternator from a parts store. I still get to have the original part but with better components. This will be my only stop in the future if I need alternator work!

Kim Very knowledgeable guys. Repaired my oil leak and put brakes on plus new rotors. Great fast service. Highly recommend.

Me Noone I have been to many shops that have made me feel not 100 percent that my car was properly taken care of and with respect until I came to this shop. They are affordable, get the job done in a respectful time frame, flexible and everyones smiling when I come in and polite. They explained things and answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming here for any future issues, GREAT place, will and would definitely recommend!!!

Jeremy Pretzsch We arrived right before closing with both rear tires showing steel belting on the inner edge due to an alignment issue. We were still 4 hours from home! The Manager and Tech stayed after hours on a Friday night to install two new tires and get us back on the road. To say the service was amazing doesnt do nearly enough! Thank you both so much! I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

Patricia Evans I’ve bought tires here a few times and have always received great and efficient service! Recently I had a nail in my tire and I was able to get it serviced right away with minimal out of pocket. Brandon was very helpful and polite! I prefer coming here rather than the other big tire shops because it feels much more personal and their prices are comparable, if not less expensive. Thank you!

Bonnie Kirk I went in at 9:30 am for an estimate for my back bumper. I was shocked at the estimate, much lower than the other place I went. They told me to bring it in at 3pm the same day. They stayed after hours to fix my car on July 3rd. I picked up my car at 6pm. It looked so good. I was very happy with the fix. And it was $30 cheaper than the estimate. I will be telling all of my friends.

Kaprice Smith The whole team did a wonderful job! I needed a lot of work from maintenance to bodywork. Car is driving great and the dent I got fixed looks like it was never there. Pablo made sure to communicate with me along the way and did great at answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to others

Alex Garcia My car broke down on a trip from Chicago to St. Louis to pick up my daughter from college. I was sure lucky to have stumbled upon this shop. They were able to diagnose my car that same day, when every other shop wouldnt even look at my car until the following week. They were very understanding of the situation. They took my car in and what felt like within minutes had a diagnose for me. I spoke to Pablo who gave me a breakdown of the issue and gave me the estimate of parts and labor. He told me he had to order one of the parts from Salt Lake City and probably wouldnt get them in until late Friday. So my car would more than likely be ready by Monday. It was a Wednesday late morning. Low and behold Pablo called me on Friday afternoon to let me know my car was ready! The estimate was spot on and what I was quoted is what I paid. Since I had to drive back down there from Chicago he made it very easy for me to pick up my car, since by the time I would get down there they would be closed. Great shop glad I found them! Great customer service! Pablo went above and beyond to make sure I had no problems picking up my vehicle!

Cathy Groves I’m really disappointed in this body shop. More disappointed that I didn’t catch this sooner. I hit a deer coming back from Florida last August 2024. I took my jeep here to be fixed. After winter I noticed they replaced my headlight with a cheap knock off. There is no Jeep logo in the center like the other headlight that was undamaged . Didn’t contact them because it was after the time frame of them fixing their mistake. Had I known I would have went back. I trusted them and this is the treatment I got.

Yamamoto North America Was in route to Chicago for work when my vehicle popped for low tire light. Too low to drive safely for 2.5hrs so I stopped in to get it repaired. I was short for time, and there are lots of shops nearby. Although they didn’t open until 7. The employee let me in early and got his guys on it as soon as they clocked in. Clearly they had other cars scheduled but they understood my urgency and made it work anything. Glad to see there are shops that still care.

Trevor Anians Came in because my car kept overheating when idling. Chose them because they were the nicest shop over the phone and gave the best price over a few others Ive called even the dealership. Despite them taking 3 days they wouldnt rest until they found the issue and didnt charge me extra for it. Even threw in a radiator for free because they werent sure if they caused it while working on it or not. From now on Ill be going here for most of my stuff. They sound like theyll go above and beyond.

In fact I have called around to other places when looking for quotes on labor and both times i was Looking Around Main Street tire and auto beat other prices by a long run! Dena Gravatt During a storm we came in for a used tire. We gave guy a tip for putting it on. Almost home and the Retread flew off,took out the back fender of our truck and we spun out. I only gave 2 because he was very polite. I just wish we knew it was a Retread. For 60.

Moonlight Dancing Chad and his crew are exceptional good. I have had them work on my vehicle several times. Deb Poulos We have been using Neals for several years for oil changes and the service has been great. I was there on June 2nd and they recommended and quoted new tires. After discussing with my husband we called and ordered a more expensive tire than quoted and made an appointment for today at 8am. After waiting for 2 hours I decided to take a walk and noticed my car was in parking lot so I asked if it was ready and of course they were just getting ready to call me. She rang my tires $400 less than I was quoted and when I questioned it, they put the wrong tires on my car, and the tires I ordered are not here. They are now in the process of putting my old tires back on and Ill be going somewhere else for tires. One would think they would have offered a discount to keep the cheaper tires on the car and save a customer, but I guess not. Almost 3 hours of waiting and Im going home with my old tires. So frustrating.

Sally Cavett I took my car in at the appointment that they set up, which was at 1 pm on June 27, 2025. Before I handed my key over, I let them know that there is a lot that needed to get done. If they could make sure that the exhaust and the A/C worked before I pick it back up after work. That would be great. Jay said we could do that. The time I dropped off my car to pick up, I did not get an update by a call or text. I go to pick up my car around 5:30pm. They said it would be done in 30 minutes. I said ok. They call me up to the front after 30 minutes to tell me that they will stay until the car is done. I said that would be great. When I see that they are dropping the car, I asked if the A/C is working. Jay went to talk to them. When he came back he said they are checking now. Then another guy came and said that there is a hole in the line that it will have to get fix later. I said can I get in tomorrow they both said no. Jay told me that they replaced a part on the back of my car because it needed it. I said ok, paid my bill and got in my car. As i was looking at my bill i noticed that the part was for $140.00 dollars. Why didnt i get a call about this part? Why did I not get updates on my car while it was being worked on? Why did it take an hour after I got there to finish my car? Why does my quote say $40 off per axel but not on my bill? I will not be going back.

Tyler Pigott All Fleet Repairs Inc. really saved my hide! From outta town and needed a quick oil change. Normally due to my truck (2023 E350 Box truck) I cant find service or it takes all day. They had me back on the road in less than 45 min even ordering the oil and filter! 5-star all Day! Thanks again Guys!!

Jeff Asmus I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel compelled to let the Bloomington-Normal area know about the excellent service I received today at Bills. They not only repaired my exhaust problem, but also took care of a few other minor issues at no cost. Their final charge was more than fair. The chief mechanic really listened to what I needed and could afford. He was super-friendly and provided me with outstanding customer service. Bills is a locally-owned business, almost an icon in the Miller Park neighborhood. They may look like a small, two-bay repair shop, but when it comes to vehicles, their name says it all: they are FULL SERVICE. I am one very satisfied customer. You will be, too!

Josh Behm Unfortunately I’ve had many instances that I have needed body work done on vehicles everything from work vans to hail damage on my wife’s car. I’ve always had very professional service from Evans repair couldn’t tell the vehicles were even damaged afterwords. He worked with the insurance companies to get the job done right and in a timely manner. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend
