    deanna bainter: I canā€™t say enough about Bob, Tyler, and Chip. Weā€™re on our way south and one of our tires showed that it was leaking air. We googled tire repair and we were near Tuscola Illinois so we drove to Bobā€˜s tire service. It was late in the afternoon so we had to wait till the next morning to get a tire. Bob took really good care of us and even gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Bob had our car ready to go by 815 the next morning. Bob went out of his way to help us. He found a matching tire for us and Chip and Tyler Put the new tire on and checked all our other tires to be sure they were good to go. I highly recommend Bobā€™s Super Services! By the way, his business is right next to The dollar store in Tuscola, Illinois.

I took my car in to fix my air conditioner and received a detailed explanation of why it was broken and how they planed to fix it. All costs were delivered over the phone up front before they began service, and I received an extremely detailed complimentary inspection. The results of the inspection were also discussed over the phone before any additional service was done on my car. In addition to that, everyone I spoke to from the time I made my appointment to the time I picked my car up was very friendly and addressed every question and concern I had. This is the only repair shop Iā€™ve been to that I truly trust.

I have always been given a fair price and the workmanship is excellent, from very small to considerably large jobs (like a snapped drive shaft on a van). They also are great at solving those quirky issues that other shops give you a "deer in the headlights" look to fix. My most recent issue was diagnosed correctly (bad wheel bearing) when original repair shop and dealership both missed it. With repairs, you get what you pay for. But with J &C you get something more than you paid for.....reliability.
