The customer service is excellent and Joey especially, goes above and beyond every time I come into the store. 100/10 would recommend Car-X on Jefferson Street for maintenance services or repairs.

Gooden Bryan (Kaotikross) This little shop is outstanding, friendly, and super affordable-and I know, Ive checked parts prices and they never overcharge and labor price is fantastic. They always call with an estimate. I literally have a 27 year old Aerostar van and Rusty has kept it on the road. I cant recommend them enough. More than once Rusty has brought the old part out to show me what exactly had happened to it- not that I even asked, he just did it! Theyre cheap on mounting tires as well, I had 4 tires I had bought from Amazon put on my pickup truck and Rusty did new stems, weights, balanced, they ride like a dream ,zero road noise now! They didnt quibble in the least and were more than happy for business mounting tires they didnt even sell. LOVE these guys!

Freedom Maryjanes (MJF) These mechanics were really a diamond in the rough were out from a small town we had to get a vehicle towed and it went to the wrong mechanic shop the other mechanic shop said that McQuinn were really good people and we were in good hands and we were. John Muller Hiller Automotive replaced the flat front tire in less than 24 hours with a new tire. Although the flat tire was our fault by hitting a curb, they still replaced it under warranty. That saved us over $200! When the car was ready to be picked up, they explained that we must have hit the curb hard, judging by the damage to the wheel. They suggested that we have the wheels aligned. That was a good suggestion. The wheels were way out of alignment. Hiller saved us a big chunk of money, got the new tire quickly, made sure the car was OK, and kept us informed. We would give them SIX stars.

Albert This is the best mechanic Ive ever had, and very trustworthy. He charged me less than a fourth of what other mechanics would have charged me. He allowed me to bring in my own car parts which was pretty cool, where other shops wouldnt allow me to do that.

Faye Melody I called and had my van towed up to him for repairs over a week and a half ago and have called over 10 times trying to reach him and he refuses to answer or call back despite me leaving voicemails every single time. If you dont want your vehicle stolen, dont call this place!

Zacch FromdaLou Jason the mechanic has to be one of the most unprofessional humans I’ve ever had to deal with. He take weeks to do even the littlest things and can’t ever seem to give a proper time table for anything he’s also extremely shady just says “call in a few days”?!? After 3 almost 4 weeks he hasn’t even brought my car inside the shop(RIDICULOUS). But all this wouldn’t be as much of a problem if the man would pick up his damn phone and communicate, which he doesn’t. This is beyond ridiculous, how is it that I called on different numbers and you can’t seem to ever pick up your the company phone. This is not worth the $1450 I paid at all. I’m not saying rush the job, just work diligently!!!!

Deonna Felton WOW!!! I have a 2015 Buick and wanted to upgrade my turbo. Finesse put in a stage 2 turbo with upgraded pistons and other performance parts. Other shops said it couldn’t be done, but they made it happen and I couldn’t be happier! Car runs and drives great. I win any race I get it, and I get in lots of races. Couldn’t be happier! I will be coming back for lambo doors and a full paint job soon. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Sunshine Ray Fegett Fast, friendly service! Called Monday and they worked out a good time for me to drop off the car Tuesday. Got the estimate that day, dropped the car off Thursday evening and Friday they changed the throttle body and oil and got the car back to me Friday afternoon! They were very good about getting it done quickly, working around my schedule and at a reasonable price!

Timothy Hadley Ive had to go there twice on a Saturday due to either a screw or nail in a tire. They have worked me into their busy schedule both times and gotten me out quickly...at a cheap price. Great place!

Tracy Withers Staff was very courteous and professional. Oil change was done quickly and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes, after being told that a service member had called in sick and my scheduled appointment would probably be a 2 hour wait. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.

CommodoreKurt2 of the COBRA KAI Really like their customer service. Told them over the phone that I just need someone to take a quick look at my exhaust problem. The gentlemen came out and Identified the issue in seconds. It was an issue they dont fix. But at least he didnt hold my truck for three hours to three days all to tell me they couldnt work on it. If I need any exhaust work I will bring my vehicles here. They are honest and friendly!

Also he listened to understand what I was attempting to explain and in his own personable way confirmed what needed to be repaired. I was able to get my truck in assessed and repaired in a very timely manner. and reasonably priced.
