When I got there, he was prompt and courteous and very helpful. He got me back fast and repaired done quickly at a fair price. Customer service was excellent from Paul. I’ll be back because of him. 5 /5 Mc windex: Joe George and crew at 1 Stop Auto Shop in Chatham recently performed work on our pickup truck. Besides routine work like an oil change and replacement of windshield wiper blades, they went above and beyond with needed body work on the truck. Joe kept us informed every step along the way. He tried multiple times to get a good used driver’s-side door, but, when those efforts were exhausted, he discussed the matter with us and ended up ordering a new door. He worked diligently to keep costs to a minimum for us. The work performed by Joe and crew was superb; the truck looks terrific. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Bob Farley: Brought them my truck with a new tire to install. Techs removed the old tire and discovered that the rim was cracked and not serviceable. AJ in Front Office found a used rim at a local salvage yard for a fair price. Quick drive to salvage yard and back at A1 Auto for the new tire install. Shop Techs did excellent identifying the cracked rim. This could have been catastrophic if not caught like it was by the guys in the shop. AJ found the used rim and got me back on the road that same afternoon. I am very pleased with 1 Stop.

3 /5 saki h: They were nice. Im not in my car yet to know how the repair went. The waiting area is comfortable. Not too loud or cold. They have vending machines, a tv and multiple seats. I came in at 9am and here after 10 waiting for them to let me know my batteries are changed on my jeep. They charged over $400 for 2 new batteries and to change them. 3 stars until I get in the car and see that its back to normal.

5 /5 Rashya Irwin: The staff at this business are hard to come by. Honest and helpful are just a few words that describe their service. My husband needed his van fixed, and we had been to other shops, but this one fixed the car right the first time! We went back to help a friend with a blowout. Once again, they helped give us a referral. Great business!
