1 /5 Lindsay Nicole: I paid $90 for a diagnostic bc I wanted a 2nd opinion. I gave the cashier a coupon $20 off of any service over $40. He said I could not use that coupon bc “technically they didn’t do any work.” I could use it if I chose to get the full $1,000+ repair done there. I did not feel like arguing over $20, not worth my energy, but I feel that is a bad practice to not honor a coupon for “any service,” especially as he could see in my account, I’m regularly there synthetic oil changes.
