5 /5 Jennifer Gryzmala: So very thankful I found this dentist and his team. I haven’t had great experiences with dentists as an adult. The ease with this one began with making the appointment. I made it at least a month in advance knowing that I did need some work after the initial exam and cleaning. When they called to confirm the appointment, unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a conflict. She rescheduled the appointment, but it was over a month out to get into the Carterville office, but I was put on the cancellation call list. They had an appointment open up the same week I was originally scheduled and I jumped on it although I have anxiety with dentist. The communication via text is perfect. The ladies at the desk were so kind. The dental hygienist was phenomenal and put me at ease. I was embarrassed since I haven’t taken care of my teeth as an adult as I should have. She understood that life happened. She didn’t make me feel judged and really did make the entire experience more comfortable and I’m very thankful for that. When Dr Frederickson came in, he was kind and explained everything clearly, giving me my options and asking me if I had any questions and what I wanted to do. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I would recommend Dr Frederickson and his entire team again and again even after one visit. This is an office that I will continue going back to. Not only for the action plan for current issues, but for my continued preventative care.
