They will send you out the door after barely looking in your mouth, telling you to call other places to see if those places will help you instead. And they’ll also send your prescription to the completely wrong place. Good luck. Go somewhere else. I would have had better luck going to the hospital. I still honestly might. She is skilled, professional, and truly cares about her patients. I have never had a dentist give me so much attention. I was hesitant about switching my entire family over from my previous dentist but I’m so happy that I did. Dr. Anthony and her team takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable during every visit. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality care are unmatched. For years I have been a terrible night grinder which caused many problems for me. Dr. Anthony fixed everything that was an issue. It was hard to focus on my daily tasks due to a few uncomfortable teeth which was ruining my quality of life . Currently- the pain is gone, my mouth feels healthy and now my smile is a daily priority. I have an appointment for a cosmetic full mouth rehab coming up & am so grateful that I have found a dentist that I can trust. If you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough, I highly recommend her. Burch Dental - Rockford (North Main) - Rockford Walter Spearman: Immediately I was greeted by the receptionist with a welcoming smile and attitude. It definitely made me feel comfortable, due to the fact this was my first visit.
The dental hygienist was equally as welcoming and friendly as the receptionist.Very thorough and informative every step of the way during the process. I never had to wonder what she was doing in the process , she explained everything point by point.
Obviously, kindness is contagious here. The doctor and the young lady that went over my insurance, were also very helpful and polite.
I apologize for not remembering the names of the staff that cared for me. Nonetheless, thank you for such a pleasant experience. The rest of my day was better because of it. Rockford Pediatric Dentistry - Dr. Duran & Dr. Lu - Rockford Young Lee: My son (9 years old) loved this place!! We had a tooth extraction in a tough location of my son’s mouth, but Dr Lu and the whole staff made him feel comfortable and at ease the whole time!! Dr Lu made sure to explain everything so we both understood what was going to happen and she made the whole process simple and painless! My son was so happy afterwards and claims “it didn’t hurt one bit”! I wish we found this place sooner for our older 3 kids!! Thank you to Dr Lu and everyone at Rockford Pediatric Dentistry!!!! Burch Dental - Rockford (Highcrest) - Rockford Chris Tilton: It was my first time at Burch dental. An I was really pleased with how professional the staff was. They kept me at ease the whole time. Walking me threw everything that I was going to have needed done. The receptionist was really nice on helping me was scheduling. And I got a cool little gift bag at the end of my first visit so that was cool too. Thanks again for the great service and I will be back again
