5 /5 Rochelle E Nguyen: I’ve come to this location many times with my mom, but never got around to writing a review. Today I came in as a walk in and they accommodated me quickly! Their check in IPad process is simple and user friendly. My pedicure was relaxing and cuticles were cleaned very well. My nail tech was thorough and took their time. I purchased the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. Will be returning soon!

1 /5 Plasky Karol “KC1122”: Really bad experience, the guy didnt do the shape that I want and hurt one of my fingers. I paid $60 and looks like that I have to do my nails again. I had to go to different salon to redo my nails so I paid more for my nails at the end. Sorry but looks awful and bad experience.

5 /5 LK B: Tammy was the best. I brought my baby and she was so accommodating. So was everyone. She also did such a great job on my feet all while make my baby smile and talking to her. She even helped to hold her while i put my shoes back on! Love this place.

I had an appointment for a pedicure for myself. My 8 year old wanted to tag along (which made me nervous). They immediately noticed her and asked if she would like to join. This was her first pedicure and an amazing experience for us both. We have already scheduled our return visit.

Legacy salon.spa - Gurnee Dianna Uri: I have been a loyal customer of Legacy Salon and Spa for quite some time and have always had a wonderful experience with Amareli. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed and sad. I went in for a haircut and color but the results were far from what I expected. The haircut was uneven and the color was not what I had asked for. I returned to the salon to get it fixed, but unfortunately, the stylist seemed to have trouble understanding the adjustments I wanted. Despite my efforts to explain, I felt overwhelmed by the constant questioning and unfamiliar words and I told her to just dye it back to my regular color. To make matters worse, I had to take the day off work to try and get this “fixed” bc I couldn’t walk into work like this. The experience has left me feeling quite disheartened, especially given my previous positive experiences. I spent $308 for basically an ok haircut.

I got extensions and they feel so light and natural look great I love the girls and the owner so polite nice so very accommodating…. Would recommend to everyone. Ij just loved it from Start to finish ♥️♥️
