    • Douglas County Health Department - Tuscola Chris Davis: This place has always been great and I never had problems with the staff until recently. I understand you have a strict cancellation policy but when someones phone breaks BEFORE their appointment and has to order another one in order to get their calendar again and doesnt even know when their appointment is due to their phone being broken and misses said appointment and then is dismissed because it has exceeded the missed appointments is kind of messed up. My appointment was March 11th and my phone broke about a week before that. I ordered a new phone and didnt receive it til March 14th. It takes time for a new phone to arrive. My entire calendar is on my phone. I use it for everything due to my Autism. And until I could activate a new one and transfer sim cards I was out of luck. I called today and politely spoke with one of the ladies at the dental clinic who was a little off putting. I didnt even receive a letter until over a month after the appointment was missed in which she stated was because of an old address on file which was not true because last Wednesday I called and requested a copy of financial records and low and behold that letter was attached to it! So it wasnt sent out a month ago! I moved a year and a half ago. I asked for the supervisors voicemail and was told I cant speak to her because she wont speak to patients who have been dismissed from the clinic. Like I said, I understand the policy but when its out of someones hands what are you to do??

    Rotramel George DDS - Tuscola sborn1571: Dr. Rotramel and his staff are amazing. The facility is clean and organized. I actually live in a city with 12 different dental offices, but I drive 40 minutes out of the city just to see him. He and his staff are that good. 5 stars all the way!

    Smile Obsession Wheaton - Carol Stream Ruthanne Aves: The dentist was very gentle and efficient. He was very sensitive to any pain and discussed my needs accordingly. He did not rush but took as much time needed to make it perfect. He took off a broken crown and replaced it with a new one. Fits like a charm!

Vicky, the dental assistant, was so kind and attentive throughout my visit, and Cindy and Isidro were also fantastic—everyone worked together to make the experience comfortable and professional. One of the highlights was the 3D scanning they did of my teeth. It was fascinating to see such a detailed image of what’s going on, and it made understanding my dental health so much easier. Another reason this office stands out is how transparent they are about costs. They tell you upfront what your insurance covers and what it doesn’t, which is a huge relief compared to other places that do the procedure first and then hit you with a big unexpected bill. I truly felt like I was in great hands with this team. I can’t recommend them enough!
    Wheaton Prairie Dental - Wheaton David Borre: Kristyn from the front office is amazing and very helpful setting up my appointments and making sure my insurance was paying it’s part.From the Dentist that took care of my crown and my cavities with no pain and my cleaning that was done was the best i have had teeth never felt cleaner then when they cleaned them.

My ortho surgeon told me I need a filling, another dentist told me I need just a filling even with an x-ray, my orthodontic told me I just need a filling. This is why I get multiple opinions before doing anything anymore. Well, I went to have my filling and now its a root canal. I know the gimmick of root canals; thats the profit maker. Im aware. They claim they told me last April; I needed a filling. That is false. Its not the same staff so they have no idea other than the notes. Dont tell me what you think I was told. I keep notes from every dentist/doctor appt I ever have because I trust nobody anymore. More annoyed than anything now as usual with the dentist industry. It should be regulated more. Save yourself and dont go back if youre a current client. Ill edit now that they replied. The staff who left the comment saying "they told me in April" arent there. I got braces in July. Why would a highly educated individual such as myself not take care of it? Liar liar... but thats okay, I went somewhere else today and they also said its not a root canal. What a scam. Enjoy your career choice. So sad.
