Sara once again worked her magic on my boring black hair. I wanted golden highlights to lighten up my dark box dyed hair and she delivered.

Elsie Crawford: First time to come to this branch so I can have a haircut from my favorite hairdresser who just joined this parlor. I appreciate the online checkin where you can see the wait time. As always, Dawna is very good in styling my hair the way that will suit my hair. She is very kind and accommodating. I hope to come back for her service again.

Tori Taylor: The stylist was very nice but didn’t seem like she knew exactly what she was doing. While I wanted two shades lighter than my natural hair I ended up with a very strawberry blond color where as my natural is a very dark auburn with natural light highlights from the sun. I had also asked to have my hair evened she did fix the majority of my hair but she stated she couldn’t completely get it even. Anytime I went to my regular salon I would regularly be in for at least an hour I was this salon for three hours. While very nice workers I would have rate this place 2 stars.

Lorena Milot: I have to tell you I have the most amazing experience with Chris from Merle Norman cosmetics in downtown Decatur. It’s funny I’ve been to the gallery so many times but right next door is where Merle Norman is, and I’ve never stopped in. We did an event called first Fridays gallery walks and talks, and I was looking inside, deciding to go in, and this amazing person named Chris introduced herself to me, and before you know it, she was making me beautiful with her amazing make up and cosmetics. That day I was doing a WAND TV live interview to promote the event on April 7th. I did not know that they are the cosmetic company for the television station. I have to tell you I’ve never had make up that made me look really good and she helped me with my skin care, so I didn’t have the redness that I usually have. But more than make up, I’ve made a friend she jumped in and helped me with the event, when I needed an extra set of hands and I can’t think her enough…. Chris, I appreciate you and thank you.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile that instantly put me at ease. The staff member was fantastic and made my visit so welcoming! And let me tell you, my puppy left looking and smelling incredible! Plus, the price was just right. I cant wait to return for another fabulous grooming session!
