Elsie Crawford First time to come to this branch so I can have a haircut from my favorite hairdresser who just joined this parlor. I appreciate the online checkin where you can see the wait time. As always, Dawna is very good in styling my hair the way that will suit my hair. She is very kind and accommodating. I hope to come back for her service again.

Treyton Poling I was a little iffy about where I should go today, because last time I came here, I wasnt *all* that thrilled by the results. (It is worth mentioning I had been seen by a different barber than usual.) But I decided to anyways, and when I got there, I specifically waited for Sammie. Great results this time. Shes plenty energetic enough to jump left to right to get things just right, goes over everything multiple times... very precise, and you can tell she has a lot of experience. Would recommend. No complaints here.

Frederick Zacher The price for doing little hairs under the chin was billed as trimming beard. Total cost was $33. Didnt argue as thats tacky. Normal just charged $19 for senior and military rate. Just really surprised.

Jess B The customer service here is the best. They go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered and to help you out. Customer service is a dying art but the people here really have got it down. It would even be considered great in a past time when people actually tried to provide customer service. I really cant say enough good things about their service and how they treat you.

Natalie Lanuto The place is very crowded with so much stuff. The lady n the man that owns it really doesnt know how to speak English I was looking for stuff and they would just point them dont help you. I will never go there again.

She got us in short notice after Capellis Studio & Spa left my daughters hair a mess for Prom. Highly recommend this quiet little salon on the edge of town. Sara once again worked her magic on my boring black hair. I wanted golden highlights to lighten up my dark box dyed hair and she delivered.

Jersey Rhodes Carly is the best!! She has done my facials and Brazilians and always does very thorough and accurate waxing, along with providing a great skincare regimen and paying attention to what I’m asking. Definitely recommend her!!

Bethany Force My daughter (6 yrs) got her hair cut by Heidi today. We were able to make a same day appointment through Facebook messenger. The cut took about 25 minutes. Heidi did a great job! My girls hair is curly, and shes tenderheaded, and Heidi did a nice job making sure her head didnt hurt during the cut. We parked behind the building and entered through the back door. Prices comparable to a super cuts, but she got a nicer haircut here. Super cute decor too. As an aside, my 18 mo. old spilled a bunch of water, and Heidi was very nice about it. Well be back!

Zoe Studebaker Meredith is seriously so amazing! Today I got highlights from her for the first time and it was better than I ever could’ve ever expected. I’ve gotten blonde on and off for about 8 years and these are the best quality by far. Seriously perfection, plus the salon is so cute and cozy, and it won’t break your bank for the amazing quality of work. I would recommend to everyone!! ❤️

Nikki Krug I have been going to Hunter for a few years. He is he most precise and quick stylist. The funny thing is my dad loves my hair and he never really mentioned it before so Hunter is doing something right. I just have to learn to be quiet and also I knew his wives mother from my sorority and we were so alike. Their family is the best. You get what you ask for and that’s why I keep going back. It becomes a little family.

Trisha Thomas Jenny is the stylist that did my hair and I absolutely love her!! She knew I was scared after having my hair messed up a year ago by a different salon. Madison Krapf I wanna start by saying I’m not upset with the salon, it’s a beautiful salon and the stylist was a great person. Where my bad review comes in at is that I came for a barber cut. I’ve never been to this salon and when I started talking about the cut I wanted the stylist stated I’m not very familiar with these cuts or the fade you’re talking about. Now I. Know I’m at a hair salon but I’m a masculine presenting women and I wasn’t very comfortable going to a barber shop in a new town with no real personal recommendations to go by. So I do understand this places specializes in feminine haircuts. What I was going for was a burst fade with almost a modern mullet. Very common modern haircut for men. Now I was coming from long hair undercut aka man bun. So I knew I wasn’t gonna get exactly what I wanted but atleast I wanted the start to the shape of the haircut. The fact in the beginning the stylist stated they weren’t familiar with I’m assuming modern fades, I wish she would’ve said she wasn’t comfortable because I’m not a very confrontational person I didn’t share with her my thoughts after the fact. But I do want to state to anyone man or women if your looking for a masculine haircut I wouldn’t go here. The fade isn’t done well at all, I definitely do not have a burst fade and infact no modern mullet either I knew I had to go short. But I wanted the shaping to start so I can start transitioning to that hairstyle. I infact got a very high fade with a textured fringe that isn’t even properly sectioned or atleast suitable to how my hair lays. The one side of my head is longer then the other making my hair very strangely lean to one side. I know there’s fault on my end for not speaking up and I don’t think at all the stylist is a bad stylist I just really wish this was shared with me that she or another didn’t feel comfortable with a haircut like this. I wouldn’t have settled. I wouldn’t have been mad. Photos for reference what I asked and I agreed it’d have to be shorter, and then photos of what I got. There was another masculine presenting female there that I also believe got a fade and was also very oddly sectioned with not a really smooth transition. Again this is a salon not a barber shop. Was my mistake there just please let your clients know if your not comfortable with something. Again this isn’t a bad review on the salon or the stylist, I most likely won’t be coming back but I will be sending my fiancé here lol

Kennedy Collins I had the most amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. Billie Rae was my stylist, and she was absolutely wonderful. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also took the time to really listen to my hair concerns and goals. She explained every step of the process in detail, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the appointment. By the end, I felt completely renewed—not just because of the great results, but also because of the care and attention Billie Rae gave me. My hair has never looked or felt better! I’m so happy to have a salon like Capelli’s and I will definitely be back for more hair care and spa services.
