1 /5 Maia Coleman: (ZERO STARS)Yall I walked in here and waited like 30 minutes for a consultation for braces, only needing minor changes. Mind you I’ve have braces already and my teeth are basically perfect, I just couldn’t keep up with my retainer. The dr. was convinced I was crazy for coming in but I’m a perfectionist lol. And then she told me I needed braces for “8-11” months???? (She only looked at me for all of 3 minutes)This not my first rodeo honey I’ve already been through this process and majority of the work is done so in what world would I need them for that long?. 4-6 months honestly is all I need. And then on the paperwork she sent her assistant back in with listed “12 months” girl bye and not to mention customer service is horrible you can feel that they really don’t care for their potential clients.

1 /5 David Denison: Before this experience, family dental was a great place. They did a lot of work in my mouth. A lot of feelings got partials and a couple other things done which was good experiences. I go to the dentist today. It was at 5:30 PM at the end of the day so I get a doctor His name is Dr.Mirca I asked him to look at a couple teeth on the bottom roll of my mouth right away. He says you need a root canal he put his finger in my mouth didn’t really look and I asked him. How were you able to tell that quick? Oh, I’m able to tell on certain teeth I said how is that just by looking I could tell uncertainty it’s hitting your route. He tells me so we go back-and-forth and I felt like he was kicking me out of the dentist. I was scheduled to come in at 5:30. I probably wasn’t on his list for the day. He was probably getting ready to go home and that’s the way I felt poor customer service if I ever get this doctor again I will walk out immediately.

5 /5 Lisa Callahan: Both sons had their teeth cleaned.. no cavities! Very clean and comfortable setting. Dr was so kind at explaining my boys possibly needing brace but not until all baby teeth have fallen out .. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Mrs. Orozco: I arrived at 2:45 pm my appointment is at 3:00 they put us in at 3:14 and they took a xray n in 15 min the dentist came touch the loose tooth and toll me that I needed to see a Orthodontist I already knew that n told them that too I ask if they had a orthodontist on site just in case it needs to be remove or do a root canal they said yes so I did the appointment see I don’t mind going to my appointment but when you waist my time to tell me that there is nothing you can do n we refer you to úic I am trying to save the tooth not wait for 2 months too see a dentist they did it to me n my son I should of just took en him to western dental clinic took him there n his tooth got save now I made a appointment I will be seeing him on Thursday sorry family dentist but you are no good gave you a 2 nd chance n you fail.. but thanks for the referral
