1 /5 Piper From Dawn: My first visit to Norris was smooth, and I left thinking Id found a dependable place. That impression didn’t last long. Each visit after that has been increasingly disappointing. The front desk staff — especially the women working reception — come across as indifferent at best, and downright dismissive at worst. It’s as if basic courtesy is too much to ask.
Today was a breaking point. I waited nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for a routine oil change. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told — without so much as a sorry — that it would be another half hour. All around me, people who had just walked in were being helped, their cars serviced and returned, while mine sat untouched. The staff seemed busy calling one customer after another to let them know their cars were ready — just not mine.
The place is clearly poorly managed. And it’s not just inefficient — it’s disrespectful. I’ve since checked and noticed plenty of reviews echoing this same experience. They seem to get high ratings mostly from first-time customers — which makes sense, since they appear to save their good behavior for newcomers.
A two-hour wait for an oil change is absurd. The lack of accountability and courtesy makes it worse.
Skip Norris. You can do better — literally anywhere else.
