5 /5 Andrew Zasada: Ricky is Amazingly fabulous. I have a twenty two year old car that im trying to rehab. I dont know how he does it, but he always gets whatever parts I need. He diagnoses exactly what the problem is and doesnt try to push anything else. He schedules his work, but he promises to get you in and out quickly - "freaky fast". Ricky and his staff are trustworthy, they do excellent work. They fix it the first time and do it right, and they do it for a lot less than other places. I Cant see going anywhere else. Its been two years Since I posted my last review. My car is now 24 years old. Ricky and his team keep it running like new. Rickys reputation has spread and hes become busier, but he always has time for established clients. Expert Service and price keeps me coming back.

5 /5 Jenna Hall: Not to be dramatic, but I would trust Ricky and his team with my life. I feel like I have finally found my mechanic. I called Ricky in a panic on Christmas Eve, and he got me in the day after Christmas. He inspected my car and then sent me a quote by email. Not only was the quote fair, but he also understood that my goal was to keep my vehicle running and reliable (for context, my car has 220k miles). He welded shut a hole in my exhaust system which, if replaced, would have resulted in a new catalytic converter. I felt like he really worked with me to solve my cars problems in a value-oriented way. Ricky then followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was running well, and then again at the 60 day mark. I will add that, as a woman, I never felt talked down to or taken advantage of, which is very appreciated. Ricky and his team are extremely professional, communicative, efficient, and helpful. I will be returning to Perfect Touch for all of my vehicles future needs!
