    Alison Jordan-frost: I have had such a positive experience with the university car-x location! last week when I found I had a flat, the guys got to it and got tires put on for me and it was during the weekend! The next week I was having a front end issue and an antifreeze issue they again got me right in. They were knowledgeable, fast, and it didn’t break the bank! Big shout out to the store manager! Thank you guys I feel my car is safe and ready our road trip! PS I will definitely be a return customer!

    Layne Barbee: I am a returning client and have always enjoyed my experience, service and price from Norris Tire. The ladies at the front desk were excellent and helpful. The price I was quoted was less than what I had to pay, not sure why. My only suggestion to make the experience better is the tires/rims should be washed or wiped off before returning the clients car. Mine were terribly dirty with the tire sealer all over the tires and rims.

    Gerard Ziegler: I didnt realize there was a way to give feedback until today when I made an appointment for my Highlander AC to be fixed, and saw these Google ratings. A while back (a year or 2) I had to decide whether to scrap my daughters 2007 Prius that had a dead hybrid battery, or have the battery replaced. Eric gave me a reasonable quote to install a new OEM unit, finished the job when promised, and the car has run flawlessly ever since. Thank you Eric for keeping an otherwise very serviceable car out of the scrapyard, and saving me from having to find another equally reliable used car, which would have cost far more than the repair.

    Don Hughes: This was my first experience dropping a vehicle off at the shop on Neil St. I recently purchased some tires online and Car-X was recommended as the installer. I confirmed the appointment a couple days in advanced and dropped my Jeep off first thing that morning. My appointment was for 10am and so I was expecting to receive a call around noon or so that my vehicle would be ready for pick up. Instead, I received a call around 1:30p from someone stating that my tires couldnt be mounted because they were reverse mount and that they didnt and plastic protecters for their tire mount, which was on backorder. The person further stated that he would call around to a different shop to see is they could mount my tires. I thought that was cool gesture, but I never heard anything back until called over an hour and a half later. I was then told that the manager was too tied up to get back with me and that it couldnt be done at the shop. After going to the shop and seeing a couple cars in the bays, I started thinking about this incident. I believe I wasted my time dropping off my vehicle at this shop and believe that they could have contacted my sooner, which would have allowed me call around on my own to get my tires mounted. It only took me a few minutes to find a reputable tire shop that had the proper parts to mount my tires. The only good experience I had at Car-X on Neil St. was the technician who assisted me in getting my tires into vehicle. 2-stars from me man!!

    Ray Rueve: The guy working front desk is awesome and easy to work with and respectful. However their mechanics don’t work more often than not. Out of town and I “attempted” to have my truck worked on but the mechanic either called in for the day or left early. My truck was on a lift for an hour and a half before he even attempted to work on it, and then decided he didn’t have enough time. The mechanic sent the man working the front desk to tell me the bad news and wouldn’t tell me himself, but that was probably because he wanted to leave an hour or 2 early even though I’d already been there almost two hours. The mechanic handed me back my keys and I went on my way, but he didn’t leave the special socket in my truck for the locking lugnuts and also forgot to tighten down the lug nuts (I could literally spin them with my fingers) on the affected wheel before giving back my keys. I was lucky I found it shortly after getting it back and had to buy a socket and breaker bar from advanced auto to tighten them up again. Keep in mind I’m out of town and had to risk driving back home with a less than safe vehicle and they found a way to make it worse. Got it home and fixed it in an hour in my driveway between tearing it apart fixing it and putting it back together. And I’m not even a “mechanic.” Like I said, front desk is awesome (5 star) but the people working on your car are not.(0 star if I could)

    Harry Brokish: I took my F150 to PDR automotive because I had a problem that i thought was the water pump. They promptly schedule me for an evaluation and then the repair work. The water pump problem and the work that needed to be done was explained very clearly and also the cost estimate. The work was completed at the time they had indicated to me. The mechanic noted that I was due an oil change so I requested they add it while the had the truck at their place. They said no problem to do the oil change which saved me a trip on another day. I am very pleased with the quality of the service that i received
