5 /5 ᗰคгรєlค ᗰ.: This was one of the best experiences Ive had at a local dentists office. I appreciate the politeness of the people who work here and how through everyone was when it came to the questions I had. The wait wasnt too long and I left with nice clean teeth!

5 /5 Jodi Day: What a great experience I had at Secure Dental in East Peoria. The facility is beautiful and so clean. Staff was super nice. I was amazed how painless Dr. Choi made my visit. Having a fear of going to the dentist is real but after being treated by Dr. Choi and her easy touch and knowledge and professionalism were top notch. I won’t hesitate going to the dentist when it’s at Secure Dental. From the initial visit, treatment plan and receiving services it was a smooth painless process! Kiddos to the front desk ladies! Big smiles and so sweet! The assistant Emma was fantastic! I’m super impressed with the staff!! Thank you! I will continue my teeth health journey with Secure Dental and Dr. Choi!

2 /5 Donna Dalrymple: Ive been going to Secure Dental for over two years. I have seen Dr. Choi. I had sensitivity on front teeth from cavities at the gum line. It was recommended to get crowns. I told her that I didnt think it would help. But, I agreed. It didnt help & ended up having all my teeth pulled supposedly due to cavities....which Im not even sure i needed. Because I find it hard to believe i had cavities on every single tooth. I find it more likely all the teeth were pulled so that dentures could be done. But, regardless they were pulled & i agreed. It took quite awhile to get all teeth pulled & to actually begin process of getting dentures. There was a mistake in the beginning. Staff misspelled my last name when sending the wax impressions to lab & it took extra time. Because the lab had no idea what office to match up with. I kept getting told when I called that they just werent back yet. Finally got the office manager involved and she found out what happened. Now its been a year and three months since my first teeth were pulled. Ive had all kinds of trouble not being able to get bottom dentures to stay down. Have been told different things to try to help. Nothing works. Have also been told i have bone loss. Now Ive been told i need two implants because of bone loss. Which I cant afford & dont want to go into debt for. So, I guess Ill continue to go without teeth. Granted, they were going to do it for a significantly lower price because of how long Id been messing around with things. But, the thing is, it shouldnt have taken going on a year and four months to complete the process. If it hadnt taken so long to start with i may not have had the amount of bone loss I did. Also, this possibility WASNT EXPLAINED clearly to me before my teeth were pulled. Although, Dr. Choi says it was. I can say that the staff members are friendly & helpful. Also, they took my insurance. I didnt have to pay any copays. However, Id rather have went somewhere else and had better results...instead of a full set of dentures paid for by insurance, that are useless. Secure Dental, you need to do better by your patients!

5 /5 Christopher Kelley: My experience at Secure Dental was nothing short of amazing from start to finish! They got me in quick for the services I needed and answered all of my questions thoroughly to ease my nerves! The assistant McKayla that I had through the whole process was very polite as were all the staff I encountered! I highly recommend Secure Dental for all of your dental needs as they can handle them all!!

5 /5 Stephanie Calderas: The staff here is amazing. Dr. K and Dr. Choi both have excellent bed side manor, and are very knowledgeable. I also had a great experience with their Dental Assistant Makailla, who made me feel very comfortable with not only cleanings but treatment as well.
