5 /5 Kelby Poplett: Shawanna and Dr. D not only the but the whole staff at the Pekin location were amazing! I highly recommend going here for any dental needs! My 5 year old daughter had a bad tooth first time ever that was causing her great pain, we were in for no more than an hour they did her cleaning made it so much fun and put her at ease, the doctor was so kind and patient with her especially during the shot process! The removal was so fast I dont think she has time to even realize what had happened! Very kind with her although she had to have a tooth pulled she told me tonight she would love to go back! This time for just a cleaning but thank you so much for making this uneasy trip for this mom an amazing one! They got us in the same day forgot to mention that! 5 stars all around!

5 /5 Shantelle Kalb: I went in to my appointment yesterday at 1pm at Affinity Dental. I have quite a few cavities and a couple are very deep. The worst one, where almost half my tooth was gone from decay, needed an Indirect Pulp Capping in a last ditch effort to avoid a root canal or extraction. The Dentist and his assistant did a wonderful job. He fixed my very badly decayed tooth then also filled cavities in 3 other teeth. He was working on me for a little less than an hour and a half. I starting falling asleep a couple times during the procedure, my husband would tap my foot to wake me up. After the numbing worn off I was pretty sore. I took 600mg of Ibuprofen when I got home then another 600mg right before bed. I figured Id have to take it for a couple days. Woke up this morning and and other than a slight soreness, Im in no pain, no need to take any more ibuprofen. I am extremely grateful for all the work he put in on me. They also did a great job filling a cavity in my 8yr old right after working on me for so long. I dont remember the names of the Dentist and the 2 assistants that helped with with my daughter and I, but thank you for all that you did.

Pine Glen Dental Group - Peoria Alan Lugo: One of the most expensive dentists in town, not in network for BCBS. I came here for a couple years based off a recommendation. I dont have anything negative to say about how competent they are as dentists and hygienists, but they have a policy where they wont clean your teeth if you dont pay for the expensive x-rays when they determine you need them, even though they will book your appointment and send you 10 text messages that week and never once mention that before they will do any further care on your teeth you need to get X-rays without any advance notice or any estimate of the cost of the x-rays they are forcing you to get. My last cleaning appointment i walked out because they said they would not give me my normal cleaning without taking the X-rays. Some businesses lose the feeling of care and you start to realize you are just a means of revenue passing through their scheme of the insurance system to make money. If you have insurance that pine glen is in network for then its probably fine to go here. If not, the costs of going here are just too high.

Prospect Family Dental - Peoria Daniel Cox: I have been going here since I was 5 years old (30 years). The staff is extremely friendly and treats you like family. The teeth cleanings are thorough and pain free. My wife and kids have also been going there for years now, and they also look forward to their visits. The kids have their pictures on the wall in waiting room and get to add a sticker to their picture after a trip with no cavities. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for our dental needs.
