Nicole Thompson Dr. Paul and his staff are great. I was in the worst pain. I came in as a walk in. I thought I would have to wait for a long time and was willing to but they got we right in. this staff was so very kind and and professional. they took great care of me. Dr. Paul was very quick and pull my 2 teeth and explained everything. I am normally scared of the dentist but this office made me very comfortable . I would recommend to everyone and take my family to them.

CurlyKeeks Dr Paul pulled my broken back tooth that was infected, (get on antibiotics before that’s what I did) first time being numbed without my eyes tearing/watering, 0 pain for prep, tooth gave some pain coming out, but Dr Paul was quick so it didn’t really phase me. Dr Paul was friendly &apologized for my wait but I was checked in as a new patient, imaging, etc start to finish out in less than 1 hour .. I’d wait on Dr. Paul any day

Kim Elder We had such a positive experience at Central Illinois Smiles today. The doctor was so informative and the office was very clean. They have a number of processes in place to keep me and my children safe while they cleaned our teeth and conducted our exams. I would HIGHLY recommend this office.

Lauren DeClerck They were able to get me in very quickly on a lunch break of mine. I feel like they truly care & are there to help! Very clean facility & super friendly staff! Nice location that’s easy to get to in Taylorville. When I was leave I easily scheduled another appt for a teeth cleaning. Loved loved loved that they have a therapy dog in their office.. not sure if “therapy” is the right clarification but regardless he is such a good boy & came up to me very calmly. His vest said that he was nice & that I could pet him.. I gave him a little ear rub & he went on his way. He was relaxing in the hallway the rest of my time there. For only being 2 years old.. he is one of the most well behaved dogs I’ve ever seen. I believe he was a golden doodle. So sweet!

Amanda Hancock The facility is very nice and inviting. All the staff we have interacted with have been so personable and answer any questions we may have. I love that they will speak with me to let me know how my children did and exactly what they had completed that day. My children feel very comfortable going here and I am scheduled soon to begin services.

Jennifer Woodall If you want billing problems with insurance and lots of time lost fixing billing on your own take the chance and go here! Zero help or concern my insurance problem was not fixed and zero concern that it lost the business of my entire family that had gone here for years.

Kathy Driskell Everyone is very professional and friendly. The office is clean and new. Im a hygienist myself (not at that office though) so Im always watchful of how well instruments and rooms are kept clean...they do a fantastic job. I love April at the front desk, shes always on top of everything is so sweet. Amy, one of the assistants, is the most upbeat person Ive ever met; shes super energetic and friendly. You cant go wrong at this office. As a dental professional myself, I highly recommend them.

Sally Ann Tirey I found Dr. Ben and his staff to be a breath of fresh air and just amazing. They are very friendly, have a great sense of humor, plays the best music, and goes above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one. Dr. Ben was very honest with me and informed me that the procedure that was started, prior to my coming to him, was not necessary. He suggested taking a different approach to my care. I was so thankful for that. You can trust Dr. Ben to do what is in your best interest. Dr. Ben is definitely the kind of dentist that this town needs. Elizabeth Hall They were great when I went originally, kind, helpful staff and quick to get you in and out. But I had 4 fillings done 2 years ago and one is all the way down to the nerve, it is causing me so much pain and I cant afford the humongous bill for the fillings because my insurance didnt take. They never told me my insurance wasnt going through until I received the bill. Now I need it pulled because I cant eat, I was told it would be 6 around months for it to settle, it hasnt settled and its been 2 years. Now I have to go somewhere else because the refuse me. I need to pay I get that part, they were telling me I HAVE to pay $100 a month and I cant choose how much I can afford. Every last penny I have at the moment goes to my child. They wont even take a payment for me to even get in to have a look at it when I offered to try to pay.

Bridget bliss Excellent staff and awesome dentist. Had to get a tooth pulled and was so nervous,not only did they talk to me to get my mind off of the shots ,he let the numbing cream do its job that I barely felt the shots. He will definitely become our family dentist,and I highly recommend Dr Timothy Hudson if your looking for you,your family,or friends.

Carolyn Barrett very unhappy,called for appointment explained that i needed some fillings and possible extraction,told them i didnt want x rays or anything else.i was told that an x ray would be neccessary if an extraction was needed.i said that was fine and asked if i could get this work completed on the first visit,i was told i could.i went to appointment they cleaned my teeth,only have seven,and performed a full mouth x ray and set a new appointment to decide what to do after looking at my dentures,was not told to bring dentures on the first appointment.no teeth were filled or pulled as promised charged $216.00.this review was written by russell f. barrett, i would not recommend this dentist to my friends

Rayce Montgomery No nonsense man does the job quick and does it well. The 5 stars is solely for the doc the office on the other hand is in need of some updates and a good deep clean lol.
