Luckily she found it right away and we were panicking trying to find somewhere to repair it as we are not from here. We are so lucky to have heard about Bago Jewelry. The turn around was also super quick! He did the repair in about hour! Talking to Greg and his son Alex was also very nice! They made me feel reassured and said it would be a very simple fix. If I have any other issues I’ll be back asap. Thank you again!

Julia Massingill: Took my ring in for an appraisal back in June. Just got it back October 3rd. First when I dropped it off there was a sign in the door that said they wouldnt be opening until noon. Then after waiting around town for them to open he said they would be going on vacation for a week. ( which I knew they just got back from a week long vacation from another sign in the window) But thought okay. After waiting a month I called. Told me his system went down and itll be done this week. A couple weeks later I called again no answer. Finally after another month I stopped in because I was tired of waiting for it to be done. He told me its been finished but he thought he had called me. Tried to say it was my fault that I didnt give him my number which I had several times. Im just glad he didnt have my ring for the whole time. The gentlemen was very nice and so was his dog he has in the store, just not very well organized and efficient.
