My finance and I shopped at several different ring stores, looking at designs, learning about warranties, etc. before settling on a place to design our engagement ring and order from. Raj and Martha went above and beyond talking with us about options, informing us about dates the designer would be in, sitting with us in meetings with the designer to talk through preferences and working with us on finding the right stones and reasonable pricing. We could not be more pleased with the experience! They have been so accommodating and communicative and although in this day and age more folks are ordering from companies only accessible online, I would highly recommend to anyone to first consider Rogers & Holland because of the personalization, warranties, and services.

Julia Massingill: Took my ring in for an appraisal back in June. Just got it back October 3rd. First when I dropped it off there was a sign in the door that said they wouldnt be opening until noon. Then after waiting around town for them to open he said they would be going on vacation for a week. ( which I knew they just got back from a week long vacation from another sign in the window) But thought okay. After waiting a month I called. Told me his system went down and itll be done this week. A couple weeks later I called again no answer. Finally after another month I stopped in because I was tired of waiting for it to be done. He told me its been finished but he thought he had called me. Tried to say it was my fault that I didnt give him my number which I had several times. Im just glad he didnt have my ring for the whole time. The gentlemen was very nice and so was his dog he has in the store, just not very well organized and efficient.
