5 /5 Lisa Sadowski: The dentists are very caring and knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable here and they make things easy. My only suggestion would be the last dental hygienist that I had a few days ago kind of rushed me when I needed to have the water suction out of my mouth. I told her that had a gag reflex and needed to remove all the Degree out of my mouth before she continued cleaning my teeth, but it seemed like much of the time she removed it before I wanted it removed . I hadn’t had this issue with the other hygienist. The dentist is very caring and knowledgeable and patient

Every single person in their office was amazing, they were so helpful and empathetic, i felt completely comfortable and looked after which i was so thankful for in what could have been a scary situation. After this experience, crystal lake dental associates has a customer for life in me.

Jen the hygienist worked with me each step of the way. I can’t express enough the gratitude I feel. My teeth are so clean with their supersonic power teeth wash. It’s so gentle to clean. Dr. Daniel is the best doctor too! 10/10 thank you team Sincerely.

3 /5 Cindy Bladow: Hygienist, Jacob is fantastic. I schedule with him regularly. -he is efficient and thoughtful. The dentists are also wonderful. Our family has been going to this practice for years, even prior to present dentists. The three star rating is because of the experience checking in this time. Front desk had a speaker phone loud with an insurance agency, preapproving a procedure. It was unprofessional and actually had me confused considering the concerns with confidential matters. I believe it was also a HIIPA violation as PHI was being discussed. I am glad I was not the patient whose information she was discussing on the speaker phone. But then I quickly realized that if she did that with another patient, it is probably regularly done with others as well. The actions unfortunately have me questioning if I will continue at this practice.

5 /5 Frederick Steck: Because this was my first time at this facility, I didn’t exactly know what to expect … Let me say this that my overall experience was wonderful to say the least. Jackie, my dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing. After taking a complete X-ray of my teeth, she proceeded with a thorough general cleaning followed by a deep clean on my upper right side. What I especially liked is that she applied a numbing gel on all of my gums before she began the general cleaning process which allowed her to be completely thorough without causing any pain to my teeth. She also applied anesthesia to the upper right portion of my mouth and allowed the necessary time to numb the entire area before proceeding with the deep cleaning. The bottom line is that I walked out of the facility without experiencing any pain whatsoever and with a brighter smile and cleaner teeth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
