    Two Story Outhouse
Bruce K.: The major attraction in Gays, this is indeed a Two Story Outhouse. I was unable to prove how it works as it was padlocked and secured. Youll just have to use your imagination and thats what makes it even better. A two minute stop in a small town that is a short detour off the Interstate just north of Effingham. Dont miss out.

nacho daddy: Nice campground close to home. Small town for your independent coffee shop fix. Dairy Queen if its hot. Campground quiet hours are 10-7. Restrooms evenly spaced. Hike around the campground for just over a mile. Dog friendly.

Chris Campbell: Friends rented the boat for their wedding reception and meal. We really enjoyed the cruise up the river about half way to Byron and back. Food was very good. Service from the crew was really good. Although the lady serving food looked like she was headed to Walmart in her pajama pants. For a wedding I expect people to dress up even if just a bit over the average. Overall a very good experience that Id recommend doing at least once.

lori koelker: Our first experience on a ghost hunt/tour and it didn’t disappoint. The staff made it fun and interesting. We took advantage of most of the equipment they have available to use and had a great time!

Jodi Larson: Nice little off the road place for lunch or just a bathroom stop. Sandy Beach, no swimming due to the dam.
Castle Rock State Park - Oregon
    Castle Rock State Park
Avary Benavides Shefland: Stopped at the overlook on my road trip for a little fresh air and to stretch my legs—was not disappointed! The drive was very pretty, I was the only car in the parking lot, and the run up the stairs to that view was exhilarating. I can’t speak for the rest of the park, but the overlook was a great little spot, clean, empty, well maintained.

White Pelican Canoe, Kayak, Tube, & SUP Rental -- Oregon, IL,
Tanner Aaron D. (Biduman): We took the 12 miles kayak trip and had a perfect day out on the river. The team at White Pelican is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful at every step in the process. The only nit I have to pick is that some of the equipment could use a refresh. For example, my kayak had a broken foot rest on the left side, and the storage wasnt quite adequate for our trip bag, but ultimately, these things didnt take much away from the trip. There are miles of beautiful forest and magnificent rocky walls/outcrops. We stopped off at a couple of the islands and found gorgeous flowers and undisturbed wilderness that is deeply refreshing. We also stopped at the Castle Rock Park observatory and took in the stunning views atop the platforms there. ** If you plan to stop here, too, do yourself a favor and pull your boat in to where the shore looks rocky and sandy. The mud is at least six inches deep and extremely sticky. I found this out the hard way. ** In short, this is a trip I would gladly take again, and I will definitely go through White Pelican again when I do.
    Oregon Park West - Oregon
    Oregon Park West
Candy Jordan: Wonderful park to walk or ride bikes, rollerblades. I play Monster Hunter and it has plenty of ore to mine and monsters to hunt. Beautiful scenery and trees to give you shade here and there. Water Park for the kids near the school. Usually plenty of parking they were redoing the one lot with asphalt so it will be really nice the next time I go.

Myria Bailey: Horrible experience I cancelled our family member ship here! Management is rude and never available at any time I was available. Not flexible to schedule and appointment. Very disappointing.
