She breaks down...graf is the closest place. Says it is the transmission......charges 1500.00 and she is on her way....thankfully she made it to Louisiana only to have the transmission go out again 3 days later......obviously he did not fix the problem but put a 1500.00 bandaid on it

1 /5 Aydin Djini: Be careful drivers, I do have very bad experience today in this shop, and my recommendation to everyone to ask job cost up front before beginning! This guy charge me today to replace one of the tire in my trailer Right Rear Inside, 150$ to take off the bad tire and put one off my spare tire!!!! I complain and after that he ask me how I will pay, and he drop price to 95$ cash pay!!! We always do this same thing in Elk Grove village,IL for 35$ + tax!!!! I don’t recommend this shop to nobody, and just stay a way and save some trouble guys!!!

5 /5 Mihai Rotar: after i brokedown i called 2 repair companies that didnt even wanted to come out there.they got scared because it was a transmission issue.best thing i could have done was to call John Graf.they sent this man that turned things from wrong to right.i got fixed and made it to delivery even.highly recomended since they really go out of their way to get you rolling

Then he came with his personal truck and towed our 5th wheel to the local campground, where we stayed for the night. He came and picked us up to get the truck. They even washed it. The cost was reasonable. We cannot say enough about how great Clint and his staff were. He went way above and beyond. Thank you Clint.

deanna bainter: I can’t say enough about Bob, Tyler, and Chip. We’re on our way south and one of our tires showed that it was leaking air. We googled tire repair and we were near Tuscola Illinois so we drove to Bob‘s tire service. It was late in the afternoon so we had to wait till the next morning to get a tire. Bob took really good care of us and even gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Bob had our car ready to go by 815 the next morning. Bob went out of his way to help us. He found a matching tire for us and Chip and Tyler Put the new tire on and checked all our other tires to be sure they were good to go. I highly recommend Bob’s Super Services! By the way, his business is right next to The dollar store in Tuscola, Illinois.
