    Pro Nails - Gurnee Lisa Mitten: Edited 1/20/2025: I returned for a manicure on my own and they remembered my name! I’m definitely a return customer now! I had an appointment for a pedicure for myself. My 8 year old wanted to tag along (which made me nervous). They immediately noticed her and asked if she would like to join. This was her first pedicure and an amazing experience for us both. We have already scheduled our return visit.

    Legacy salon.spa - Gurnee Dianna Uri: I have been a loyal customer of Legacy Salon and Spa for quite some time and have always had a wonderful experience with Amareli. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed and sad. I went in for a haircut and color but the results were far from what I expected. The haircut was uneven and the color was not what I had asked for. I returned to the salon to get it fixed, but unfortunately, the stylist seemed to have trouble understanding the adjustments I wanted. Despite my efforts to explain, I felt overwhelmed by the constant questioning and unfamiliar words and I told her to just dye it back to my regular color. To make matters worse, I had to take the day off work to try and get this “fixed” bc I couldn’t walk into work like this. The experience has left me feeling quite disheartened, especially given my previous positive experiences. I spent $308 for basically an ok haircut.

    Luminous Nails Libertyville - Libertyville Christine Lykouretzos: Omg. Best nails salon ever!! The staff is so nice. It was so relaxing. They took their time didn’t rush my pedicure or hands. I got extensions and they feel so light and natural look great I love the girls and the owner so polite nice so very accommodating…. Would recommend to everyone. Ij just loved it from Start to finish ♥️♥️
