Tiffany, in specific, continues to excel every time she does my acrylic fill and pedicure. She takes her time, has great attention to detail, and has a great eye for free style design. She is beyond amazing and personable and I absolutely love her - she makes the experience just that much better. I’m always looking forward to my next appointment and will continue to recommend to anyone in the Chicago area.

5 /5 L. McLeod: Was able to make a same-day appointment. Friendly staff, immediate welcome upon walking in. I appreciated there wasn’t loud music playing and no strong smells. Bri was so friendly, she listened to what I wanted and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and didn’t rush the process of removing my prior set (and iykyk the burning feeling when techs try to rush this step). Bri was so sweet, easy to talk to, and while she took her time, she was still quick! Thank you thank you! I love them!!! Bri’s insta is @fly.nailz and she’s got tons of great inspo!

Tiana Young: Obsessed with this salon! The quality of the regular and gel pedicures was top notch. They care so deeply about nail health, gave great advice for a broken nail, handled ingrowns with no issue, and had great color selection. I can’t get over the kindness of the nail techs. They chatted with us so casually like friends and left us wishing we lived in the area so we could come back and see them again. Could not recommend them more!

Alexa Layton: 312 Nails is my favorite salon in the city. Nails that last with the best customer service. My nail tech Puje is amazing with nail art. She will make your nail dreams come true! I gave her a couple photos for inspiration and got the most beautiful designs. Puje is the best! I book a few days in advance to make sure I can get on her books. Amazing work everytime!

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly skilled and it’s evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction. I have been a client of Vivian’s (Mimi) for at least 10 years and every time I need my nails done, she does not disappoint. She maintains a genuine rapport with her clients and pampers me every time I get my nails done. I have recently gotten my nails done by Katana, refer to the pictures, and she is a true artist. The attention to detail perfectly complimented my style and the quality was top-notch. Overall, they offer a variety of services which is efficient but never rushed! If you are looking for a nail salon that combines exceptional service, skilled professionals, and a luxurious experience, this is the place to go! I definitely recommend you to give it a shot if you haven’t already!

Amber Mathesius: I had been looking for a new salon for a while when I stumbled across best nails and now I’m obsessed. Other salons I’ve been to have refused to attempt certain designs I ask for but Asel absolutely killed this design!! She is amazing!! Very creative and great attention to detail! Price is higher than other salons I’ve been to but in my opinion, totally worth it. Staff is friendly, flexible, and talented and these nails stayed on longer than a month! I got the gel extensions which are so much better for your nails and leave your natural nails strong and healthy unlike other acrylics, also making the price reasonable for me personally. Would definitely recommend!

Bryana Robinson: I usually love this nail salon however, I had a horrible experience today with Aida. I did not originally book with her but I was open to trying her due to them changing the provider last minute. I politely corrected the shape multiple times and even provided a picture of my nails from a previous visit to help aid. After the shape was “good enough” we went on to the French Tip design. After I corrected her on the French Tips twice, I asked if I could just leave the Bubble Bath base that we already had and not do the French Tip. Aida proceeded to wipe the white polish off as if I was doing her a disservice and put the top coat on with a hurry. After one coat of top coat, I noticed that the white polish remained on the edges of my nails therefore I pointed it out which resulted in her filing the white off instead of actually fixing it. I paid for the service and left but returned 10 minutes later because I needed to book the service all over again with one of my original providers. I pointed out the streaky polish and imperfections to Aida which I guess hurt her ego because she started to get snappy and go back and forth with me over why its looks different. “They use a different product that I do.” “Well thats just how it looks.” “I did two coats of clear.” (She didn’t) The cherry on top of the cake is that Aida knew I wasn’t satisfied yet I paid full price today (Oct. 12th) and proceeded to tell me that I will have to pay full price to get what I ORIGINALLY requested when I come back Thursday (Oct. 17th). My mood is completely ruined and I would not recommend her to anyone. Pictures included: 1 picture of service requested with another provider in the shop & multiple pictures of my nails today. UPDATE: After this review, I got contacted by management which were very understanding and apologetic. I went back to Pure Rain and got my nails redone by Henry. He did a good job and customer service is always amazing. I will be coming back for Henry to do my nails.

My nails typically dont last 4 weeks and Ive had them last 4.5 weeks to 5.5 weeks here at Bedazzled salon. They also do great designs! I got a gel manicure with a french manicure + a design for $71. Edit: I went back and had another lovely experience!! Thank you so much!
