Tracie ABSOLUTE WORST Nail salon I have ever been in, in my life! I took my 16 y/o daughter to get her nails done for homecoming and I told her she could have a certain length. Needless to say when I walked away to get my color the nail technician did as he pleased and let her do whatever she wanted knowing that I said no. This man was supposed to be the manager as well. I believe his name was Tony if Im not mistaken. He was very rude, he should have never ever let my daughter do what she pleased when I walked away. I have never in my life had someone that worked in customer service let a Child make decisions like that! Never ever go there and please do not bring your children in there! (Yes I do also know that MY CHILD WAS WRONG and that was taken care of as it should have been)

Val Mehmedi Disappointing experience. Showed up first and signed in first and they took back 4 people before us while me, my sister, and niece waited. When I explained what we wanted to do with our nails Tyler rolled his eyes at me. Literally SCREAMED at me in front of everyone for not understanding where they wanted me to be seated. I have never been yelled at like that by an establishment for simply asking a question. The absolute worst customer service. Tony and Tyler are rude and unprofessional. Ruined the whole experience and fun of getting your nails done. My family and I will never be back again.
