Highly recommend them to anyone needing to get their teeth repaired or just for a simple check up. Their new office in Wheaton is very calming and welcoming.

5 /5 George Chao: I trust Dr. Lu. She is very caring, and it’s so nice working with her. I’m a retired chef living outside Milwaukee. I love food (too much). I started having gum problems, and I went to the local periodontist. That periodontist was vague and expensive. He did not really explain what he was doing, and he did not show me how to take care of my gums. He just said “next appointment.” I’m very lucky to have been referred to Dr. Lu. She explains everything in detail, gives me choices, and tells me what she is doing. The best thing is she actually teaches me how to floss and take care of my gums. The hygienists Kristin & Karolina give me homework after each cleaning. My gums have made a total comeback! It takes a team between the office and my homework. I’m happy to make the 200-mile drive knowing that I’m getting the results.

5 /5 Steve Smithe: Dr. Lu has changed my life!! I’ve been seeing her for over 12 years. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and explains things so well. I learn something new each time, especially about the connections between my mouth and overall health. Had a recent health scare, so I especially appreciate her thoughtful care. Dr. Lu recognized what my previous dentists did not see before. She designed a treatment plan to reach my retirement goals. So before I retired, I had several implants and crowns done which took care of several broken teeth and the cavities under my old bridge. I remembered one appointment when Dr. Lu and Jenny stayed way over time to painstakingly screw in my implant crowns one by one, for an ideal fit and easy flossing. She balanced my bite which helped my neck pain. I am very happy I took Dr. Lu’s advice to get my work done at a younger age and not to wait. Today, I am retired, and I am set. I eat, and I smile. I totally value Dr. Lu. She gives her all to her patients. The quality of her work is life changing!!

Park East Dental - Wheaton Eileen Parks: Dr. Evans is a true artist. Nice and refreshing to see a professional that takes pride in his craft. I love my new crown. Looks and feels like it has always been there. I was kept comfortable the entire time. Dr. Evans even gave me a quick checkup and some sealant while my crown was being made on site. Dr. Evans and his assistant Mike stayed an hour passed closing to ensure the proper attention was given to the appointment.

DPD Smiles - Pediatrics & Orthodontics - Wheaton Central Park Solutions: This is by far the WORST dental office to go to. I sent hours tracking and verifying expenses I was charged for. They billed me and my insurance for services we never received. They are run, un professional and money hungry. They tried to charge me a finance charge and I never financed anything and this was after I was told my bill was paid in full. I was sent 6 different invoices for the same day of service with different amounts on each, and they couldnt explain why they charged for some of the services never received. It took me to go over my itemized invoice with Dr. Joshi on the phone to get the billing and charges correct and even then they were still wrong! Save yourself the headache and find another pediatric dentist. This ISNT IT! Then they lied and said the doc was not in just to tell me 5 min later she was with a patient! UNACCEPTABLE

Rebecca Hausten, DDS & Rachael Cole, DMD - Wheaton Steve Markello: I have had the privilege for a few years now of seeing Dr. Rachael Cole, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cole is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. Her compassionate approach and professionalism are truly unmatched. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure the best care possible and always makes sure that I fully understand my treatment options. If youre looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about her patients, Dr. Rachael Cole should be your only call.

Mark Barnes Dental - Wheaton Abby White: Dr. Barnes himself is amazing, huge fan. Both his receptionist and Nina as well, I believe her name is; they’re all wonderful. Very helpful, super flexible, all great with my daughter except for one hygienist there named Donna. Unfortunately I am not a fan, hence the 4/5 stars. She’s rude, not good with children and has made it a point to make condescending comments to me during both of my child’s teeth cleanings. My child especially isn’t a fan of the dentist, so it’s crucial who is taking care of my daughter is top notch and making it a positive experience for her. Unfortunately Donna is not it. Sadly I am going to transfer care elsewhere solely because of her. If they had a different hygienist I would use them but I believe she’s the only one. At least the only one myself and my daughter have had and each appointment I have been disappointed in the customer service from her and her alone. Aside from that, everyone else at that office is absolutely amazing. I live 40 minutes from this office and I drive there specifically for the rest of the staff because they are great, and when I arrive I almost regret the drive entirely after a cleaning. I keep trying to give it a chance which is why I am a repeated customer but unfortunately I am going to switch dentists. Do I recommend Dr. Barnes ? Absolutely, he’s wonderful. Just take caution if you prefer professionalism, and empathy during your cleanings. Their other services I have had no issue with at all.
